Pros:

四人房比想像中大，還有可以在超大景觀窗旁泡茶及玩桌游，農場內晚上活動豐富，很適合親子家族同遊。櫃台大廳還有可愛狐獴可以看，小朋友很喜歡。

適合大人小孩同遊的開心農場
Pros:

環境很棒，園區腹地夠寬廣，唯一美中不足的就是房間隔音太差，可以聽到隔壁房講話、打呼、廁所聊天…等，以及蓮蓬頭水量不足還有開叉，最後就是吹風機像一個陷阱，掛在電視後面，吹頭髮還要擔心會不會把電視拉倒，有點可怕

Pros:

It’ll be very inconvenient if it’s raining when carrying your luggages to your room, and luckily it was abit drizzling and not the heavy rain. The breakfast was simple, other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

擁有多種體驗休閒的好住宿
Pros:

整體感覺都非常良好，不僅有自家的休閒農場可以散步，甚至晚上還有宵夜跟活動體驗，真的非常棒！

硬要說可以改進的地方，大概就是浴室僅提供洗髮乳、沐浴乳，如果有肥皂可以使用就太好了！

櫃台強迫更改已訂好且付費房型
Pros:

隨意更改己付費的房型,我們有提早到櫃台且反應不該更換房型,且櫃台堅持一定3點才可拿房卡入住(這是規定我們也OK),但卻在2時50分就有其它客人可先入住,2時55分告訴我們房間打掃好了,進入房間桌面是髒的,陽台也未清,總之觀感不佳.
個人覺得第一時間已讓客人不滿意隨意換房是否需在當下就該讓客人不再那麼生氣?

Amazing location and the grounds are just beautiful. Food is very tasty. But rooms in the older wing are dated and mine wasnt cleab. staff have a habit of calling to wake up guests at 850am for breakfast. Id advise unplugging your phone if you need to sleep in. Hygiene sometimes questionable i found hair in my food and all over thr bathroom. Some very very nice staff and one supervisor who bosses guests around. Shame. Gorgeous spot and I would go back again and stay in the newer rooms... and hope the bossy one is gone!

The evening activities is interesting with lighting of lanterns, marble top challenge, making of traditional Tang Yuan. The morning buffet breakfast is great with Taiwanese traditional flavour. Staff are marvellous.

Relax and Comfortable
Pros:

We have been upgraded to a bigger room which was one of the best family rooms. We loved it as the boys could run and jump in the room without any danger! The view of the room was excellent which let us enjoy the peaceful and beautiful scenes of Yilan, it made us so relax and comfortable! We could walk around in the mountain. It filled with fresh air and wonderful smell of the nature. The staff were kind too, they treated guests with great hospitality. We had joined their events at night, such as sky lanterns, spin top match, sweet dumpling making, etc. All of these events were free of charge! When we left, they gave us souvenirs (tea bags, spin tops) too! We enjoyed this trip very much.
