Minha experiência no hotel foi abaixo do esperado. As fotos divulgadas na plataforma de reserva passam uma impressão muito melhor do que a realidade encontrada. O ambiente não corresponde totalmente ao que é apresentado nas imagens.

O café da manhã é bastante básico, com poucas opções e sem muitos elementos que valorizem a culinária ou a cultura local, algo que costuma enriquecer a experiência de hospedagem.

O quarto é pequeno e a conservação geral deixa a desejar. As paredes apresentam sinais visíveis de desgaste, manchas e áreas descascando, transmitindo uma sensação de falta de manutenção.

Em relação à limpeza, encontrei diversos fios de cabelo no piso do banheiro logo ao chegar. Isso gerou uma preocupação sobre o padrão geral de higienização do quarto, já que esse tipo de detalhe acaba afetando a confiança do hóspede em relação à limpeza do ambiente como um todo.

Outro ponto negativo foi a qualidade do Wi-Fi. A conexão é instável e cai com frequência, o que pode ser bastante inconveniente para quem precisa trabalhar, participar de reuniões online ou simplesmente utilizar a internet durante a hospedagem.

O ponto positivo é a localização e a salinha de trabalho no térreo.

Cons:

Fiz reserva de 3 quartos. TODOS tiveram problemas. Porta do banheiro não fechava, banheiro MUITO sujo (vaso, chão, pia), pendurador de toalhas quebrado, cama com lençol e fronha usados e até com cabelo. No café da manhã sempre deixaram faltar leite, café, louças, talheres, além da péssima acústica (muito barulho)!
