La chambre était belle et les sanitaires étaient propres
Mais nous avons été déçus par les grosses toiles d'araignées aux coin des fenêtres ET SURTOUT par la présence de centaines de punaises de bois sur les fenêtres, rebords de fenêtres et au sol. Le personnel a désinsectisé la chambre mais nous avons passé les 3 nuits avec les cadavres des punaises jonchés sur les rebords de fenêtres et au sol. Personne n'a daigné les ramasser pendant notre séjour. Inexcusable vu le prix de la chambre : 160 € sans petit déjeuner

L’unica pecca è stata aver trovato lo scarico dell’acqua della doccia molto lento… l’acqua faceva molta fatica a scendere e la doccia si trasformava in una piscina. Bisognava attendere parecchi minuti prima che fosse scesa del tutto. Consiglio inoltre a chi è addetto alle pulizie di aspirare e raccogliere i capelli dal pavimento quando rifanno la stanza

L'emplacement, le décor, et la qualité de la literie mais surtout la. Qualite de l'accueil et la convivialité des réceptionnistes.
-Propre, mais quelques détails (toile d'araignées et un peu de poussières à certains endroits comme sur les interrupteurs, en dessous des rideaux,...).
-ne pas avoir accès au parking via le bâtiment, il faut faire le tour à pied
Really quiet location out of the busy city centre. Reception staff were excellent and very sweet, offering me chocolate for my birthday! The room was enormous and very nicely decorated. It’s important to note that there is no dining room here, but that suited us really well and there are loads of great little cafes within a 5-minute walk.
The one thing that brings down my rating of this hotel was a very unpleasant experience with the bedding. When we turned down the sheets to get into bed on our second night there was a large blood stain the size of a 50p coin right at the top of the bed sheets, between our pillows. The stain had seeped through to the mattress cover as well. It was late so we ended up turning the matress cover around and re-making the bed so that the stains were at our feet but it was very off-putting. The stain was definitely not there the previous night nor in the morning. We reported it the next morning and while the staff followed up with us that evening, they were unable to say what had happened.
