Pros:

Velmi prijemny hotel, pohodlne izby, skvely personal, vyborne umiestnenie v ramci mesta, parkovanie priamo pred hotelom, je to hotel, ktory Vam za Vase peniaze da presne to, co ocakavate.

Cons:

Hotel by si zasluzil z mojho pohladu hodnotenie 10, bohuzial sme zazili v hoteli drobnu neprijemnost, ktoru sme obojstranne vyriesili, ale nechcete to zazit pocas pobytu.

Pros:

Unser gebuchtes Doppelzimmer war sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage war für uns perfekt und das Frühstück auch sehr gut. Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt :)

Velmi útulné, přímo v centru
Pros:

Velmi hezký den přímo v centru lázeňské oblasti, kousek od Vřídelní kolonády či Císařských lázní. Přátelský personál. Výborná snídaně (kromě kávy), podávaná v hezkém prostředí. Velmi se nám líbila možnost posezení v malém a útulném lobby baru. Velký a pohodlný pokoj s výhledem na lázeňskou ulici, dostatek posezení a úložných prostor. Nepohodlné (měkké) matrace.

Cons:

Jen matrace byly pro mne příliš měkké.

Der Aufenthalt war angenehm.

Впечатление испортило отношение персонала
Pros:

Хороший отель, чистый, удобное расположение, завтра скромный, но вкусный

Cons:

Очень не понравилось, что персонал, который внятно не объяснил, что машину нужно поставить на парковку по ходу движения, а мы не поняли и поставили наоборот, не обратил на это наше внимание. То есть на ресепшене есть камеры и администратор прекрасно видела, что машина стоит в нарушение правил, а мы мимо нее за вечер три раза прошли, ни словам больше не сказала. После того, как полиция выписала нам штраф они сказали, что мы вас предупреждали, хотя прекрасно видели, что машина стоит не правильнор и не уточнили у нас, поняли мы их или нет, а просто проигнорировали это и ждали, когда приедет полиция. Это был очень неприятный момент номер один. Второй - за парковку у гостиницы взяли деньги, причем дороже, чем за городскую парковку в городе и мы узнали об этом постфактум при выписке! Двое суток нам обошлись в 23 евро! И нигде никаких предупреждений, что парковка платная не было! Кроме того, позже мы посмотрели на сайте и там указано, что она предоставляется бесплатно! В общем, если изменились правила, то персонал о них не предупредил и это крайне неприятно и врад ли мы вернемся в этот отель снова, хотя часто бываем в Варах, но будем искать другое место, а изначально подумали, что это хорошее и будем приезжать сюда

Lokalizacja w samym centrum miejscowości, prywatny (płatny) parking na tyłach hotelu. Duży przestronny pokój, ciekawa XIXw architektura obiektu.
