Please note that the payment of the first night of the reservation will be done in advance the same day of the reservation. Me gusto mucho el recibimiento de vienvenida tan atento y cordial, la amabilidad y atención de las camareras y del personal del hotel en general.
Me gustó mucho la decoración del hotel, me pareció todo muy acogedor y fue un lujo estar alojados allí la verdad.

Lucy'mansion a house that pretends to be 5 stars, but does not behave properly
Please find below my feedback after 4 nights spent in this "5 star hotel".
1. The old lady did not answer the phone at the reception, although when I went down the stairs, she was there and wrote something
2. They do not know English even at the table, they rushed the orders, I ordered something and I received the address. I do not know even basic English related to cooking.
3. They do not have TV channels
4. Drinking water is not free in the room
5. They do not have salad at breakfast, no vegetables
6. Now they have water and napkins in the room
7. Water comes out of the shower cabin
8. Bad internet connection
9. Since I had already paid for breakfast and was not taking it that morning, I asked for 4 sandwiches for 2 adults and 2 children. They told me it was impossible to do them for safety reasons. I was about to leave the hotel at 2.30 and I asked to prepare the sandwiches in the evening. I received 1 kg of fruit and 5 bottles of water and corn kernels.
10. I asked for the bill from the first day and no one answered me. It's been 1 week already and I haven't received any bill.
In conclusion, Lucy'mansion is not worth it at all because it doesn't offer the standards of a real 5 star hotel, I would say not even 4. The services are execrable.
