Pyramisa Beach Resort, Hurghada - Sahl Hasheesh

Excellent hôtel, personnel au petit soin, bonne infrastructure, bon repas bien que manque de diversité
Pour le reste tout était parfait !!!

Évitez cet hôtel , noté 5 étoiles mais cela ne reflète pas la réalité.
Il y qu'une seule piscine , or sur l'annonce Expedia il est notifié plusieurs bassin avec des toboggans or , les toboggans se trouvent a l'hôtelthe V luxury, et on a pas le droit d'y accéder, ma fille était très déçu et moi aussi , les photos sont fausses
La nourriture horrible , tout les jours la même chose , les desserts ce sont des éponges horrible , et j'ai attrapé la tourista , des les lendemain de mon arrivée, heureusement j'ai pris antanil qui marche très bien pour calmer car sa rien les vacances.
Les animations ce n'etais pas terrible aussi , des activités en pleins cagnard, une après midi avec un jet de savon mais en dehors de la piscine sur le sable , je n'ai pas compris le concept , avec des températures de 40, j'ai toujours vu ça dans une piscine , mais bon en tout cas c'est un hôtel a éviter , si vous êtes français, nourriture 0, animation 2, et équipement banal et photo sont fausses
Le seul point positif la chambre , sauf qu'on y dort seulement, et le menage quie st fait correctement , les hommes de ménage le font toute la journée jusqu'à pas d'heure

Je vous le déconseille et Expedia mettez a jour les photos il n'y a pas de tobogganset un seul grand bassin

Positives: Good room, beds, AC, lovely beach sand and crystal water, excellent free drinks on beach, nice diving center with good activities, breakfast and diner are nice, lunch is acceptable, hotel staff are mostly friendly (except reception).

Negatives: The reception staff not professional on check with random statements and actions, and not friendly all all at check out (one man show rude style), The main pool is for children with highest depth of 155cm at last spot (the back pool maybe better for adults but no nice view), the majority of rooms do not hv nice views, long distances walking without any golf car for any assistance to guests.

So helpful staff, kind people , respectfully reciption and had wonderful days . Thank you very much

The property is beautiful and pools were clean. Food quality was below average and the beer and alcohol selections were horrible, warm beer and the alcohol all tasted similar to rubbing alcohol. Everyone was getting sick and I believe it’s because the ice is made onsite and not properly filtered. I would avoid at all costs.

We've stayed at Pyramisa many times and we've always been very satisfied. The service is still very good and all the staff do their best to meet expectations of their customers. Ahmed at the reception is always happy to help. Taha at the beach bar makes many miles on foot to serve drinks at the beach. In lobby bar Mostafa always greets you with smile and makes lovely drinks. Guest relation lady was very helpful and efficient with booking Ala carte restaurants.
Food was good and variable, with lots of fruits and tasty seafood every day. They've put new sunbeds on the beach, which is nice improvement. The Christmas dinner was amazing but it was badly organised. People didn't have any program of that evening and weren't aware that there was a life performance after dinner. It resulted in many people leaving the conference room after dinner, without having a chance to watch the performance. There was also a plan for the disco after the performance but only few people stayed after show and the disco was cancelled. The biggest issue that puts us off Pyramisa and may result that we won't return is the restricted access to the footpath between hotels. Two month ago we were able to walk in every direction and suddenly they say we can't walk past Pyramisa on the path next to the V. That's utterly stupid idea. That was one of the biggest advantages of Pyramisa that we could go for a long walk to watch the sunrise. Also the Aquapark is strictly for use of the V guests which is pointles

Booked the hotel because of the water park it advertised, when we arrived we were told we were not allowed to use it ???? False advertisement , im still waiting for a reply to my email which i sent about 6 days ago ? Room had a leak in ceiling , terrible sunbeds , beer & spirits were disgusting, wouldn't touch this hotel with a bargepole.

There is No Shuttle for airport.and Not Clean enough for 5 Star hotel

Que decepcion que en las fotos se observa un hotel hermoso pero cuando estas ahi te das cuenta que desde el personal que te atiende es muy grosero y las instalaciones son lo ultimo que esperas en un resort 5 estrellas ,no volveria

We had a really bad start with the hotel because we had a power outage. The staff couldn’t answer us properly what the problem.
They also didn’t say which advantages we had with the golden bracelet. We had to discover ourselves.
The staff was friendly and kind and helped us if we needed.
The hotel room had some problems like the shower door was broken. the door scraped the floor and was difficult to open.
Food was sometimes okay sometimes bad. It varies day for day.
