BEST VACATION EVER
Pros:

Alles! het eten( half pension = eigenlijk vol pension vanwege de middagsnack), de locatie van het hotel, de netheid van het hotel, het vriendelijke personeel en de faciliteiten zijn uitmuntend!!

Cons:

De centrale lift was in panne gevallen tijdens ons verblijf, dus we moesten een klein stukje wandelen via het restaurant tot de volgende lift. Maar ook dit werd dezelfde dag nog aangepakt en hersteld.

Die Anlage lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Das Personal ist herzlich und der Umgang mit Kindern traumhaft. Viele Kleinigkeiten wie Badeschuhe, Leihrucksack oder Malsachen beim
Abendessen drücken Wertschätzung aus und machen den Aufenthalt zu einem wahren Urlaub.

Soggiorno piacevole e rilassante, SPA eccellente ma piscine migliorabili
Pros:

Camere moderne e curate. Staff gentile e disponibile. Area SPA davvero ben tenuta e di grandi dimensioni.

Cons:

Le piscine sono un pochino piccole rispetto al numero di ospiti e con una struttura e tecnologia un po’ datata rispetto alle alternative di altre strutture. I giochi per bambini e teenager sono a pagamento e dovrebbero essere gratuiti.

Bardzo czysto, wszystko świetnej jakości, eleganckie pokoje, cisza i spokój. Baseny super, świetna zjeżdżalnia dla dzieci. Jedzenie pyszne. Personel miły i pomocny. Super lokalizacja hotelu.

Wszystko się podobało, jedynie co pierwszy dzień byłam nieco zniesmaczona bo z pokoju z pięknym widokiem na góry zobaczyłam wychodzących z sauny ludzi bez ręczników...

Ein Traum
Pros:

Auf unserer Radtour buchten wir kurz entschlossen mal ein besseres Hotel. Was wir für diesen Preis erhielten und genossen übertraf aber alle Erwartungen. Das early Bird Frühstück setzte dem Ganzen dann noch die Krone auf!
Sehr zuvorkommendes Service, toll ausgestattete Zimmer, bestes Essen einfach TOP!

Tolles Familienhotel
Pros:

Sehr angenehmes und gemütliches Familienhotel, mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Sehr gutes Essen mit vielen regionalen Produkten, abwechslungsreiches Kinderprogramm, schön eingerichtete Zimmer und eine allgemein gute Atmosphäre, perfekt für den Familienurlaub. Besonders geschätzt haben wir den Service mit persönlicher Note - z.B. für unsere Tochter (5) lag ein Gästebademantel in der passenden Größe bereit, die Damen im Kinderclub kannten ihren Namen schon am zweiten Tag usw. Es hat uns sehr gefallen.

Cons:

Ich würde das Fitnessstudio um ein paar freie Gewichte ergänzen, die die Trainingsmöglichkeiten ausweiten würden. Sollte in einem Sporthotel möglich sein :-)

Top familienfreundliches Hotel mit super Ausflugsmöglichkeiten
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt war super! Das ganze Hotel und insbesondere das Personal war super freundlich und insbesondere sehr lieb und verständnisvoll mit unserer kleinen 9 Monate alten Tochter :-)
Der Wellness-Bereich ist schön gestaltet und bietet eine schöne Entspannungsmöglichkeit.
Das Essen war wunderbar! Der Mix aus Buffet und Tischservice war perfekt für uns! Auch für das Baby gabs immer etwas zu essen :-)
Die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten rundum sind super - Dolomiten, Wildparks, Spazierwege, Radlwege, Burgen, etc.
Besonderes Lob an die Kellnerinnen und Kellner - super nett und aufmerksam!!!

Cons:

Der Aufenthalt war super. Nur eine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer wäre für uns schön gewesen, da wir mit Baby vor der Frühstückszeit aufgestanden sind...
