Gutes Thermenhotel mit kleinen Mängeln
Pros:

Personal großteils nett, Zimmer groß und renoviert, direkter Thermenzugang, sauber, Parkplätze vorhanden. Frühstück ausgezeichnet, große Auswahl, preiswerte Massage Möglichkeiten. Auf Nachfrage bekommt man auch mehr als 1 Handtuch.

Cons:

Thermenzugang eingeschränkt (z. B. kann man erst ab 9 hinein, obwohl Sportbecken um 7 öffnet).
Kein Burgenland Card Partner mehr. Ladestation defekt.
In die Jahre gekommen allgemein.
Matratze durchgelegen. Zu wenig Haken im Bad.
Keine zusätzlichen Becken wie andere Hotels.
Relativ teuer.

Zimmerservice sehr sauber und gut

Cons:

Kein Leben an der Hotelbar , Chef nicht vor Ort , Frühstück war schon mal besser ....... Bichermüsli sauer , Angebot eher mager , Deco nicht mehr so einladend , an den Decken oberhalb der Tische Spinnweben , Rezeption Berechnung der Kurtaxe war ursprünglich zu hoch und wurde erst nach Reklamation korrigiert.Personal im Speisezimmer Freundlichkeit war auch früher viel besser

Es war alles sehr schön. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, und das war für mich das Wichtigste. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut.

Cons:

Was mir allerdings nicht so gefallen hat, war, dass die Innen-Therme und die Außenpools nicht so kühl waren, wie ich es erwartet hatte. Das Wasser war eher lauwarm. Da es an diesem Tag sehr heiß war, hätte ich mir kühlere Pools gewünscht. Nur ein Pool war angenehm kalt.

Pros:

Der direkte Zugang zur Therme, und ein wirklich sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer sind bestens klimstisiert!

Cons:

Die Hotelbar schliesst sehr früh.
Leider kann man nicht vor 9 schwimmen gehen.

Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr gutes Frühstück mit lecker Kaffee und feinem Gebäck.
Das Hotel ist klein aber fein aber es fehlt an Charme.

Cons:

Im Bad, welches geräumig ist, gab es nur 2 Haken für 2 Badetücher und 2 Handtücher.
Wir konnten auch unsere Badebekleidung nirgends aufhängen, da es draußen am Balkon regnete.
Das nenne ich Betriebsblindheit.

Am Abend ist um 21 Uhr Schluss an der Bar. Die Bedienung geht nach Hause (Dienstschluss), das Licht bleibt an und das Radio geht die ganze Nacht.

Nur für Personen, welche Kinderlärm gut akzeptieren können...
