Die Lage etwas abgelegen, jedoch ideal zum Wandern und Fahrrad fahren und eine herrliche Ruhe zum entspannen. Unterkunft sehr gut, Sauber, freundliches Personal, super Getränkeservice, reichhaltiges Frühstück mit allem was man benötigt, jeden Tag Zimmerservice...

Cons:

Etwas abgelegen und ohne Wandern oder Fahrrad schon auf PKW angewiesen. Dies schmälert aber in keinster Weise den Aufenthalt !!!

Pohodlná postel. Čistota.

Cons:

Objednali jsme si pokoj s klimatizací. Tu jsme mohli používat pouze do 22.00. Bylo horké počasí a v noci teploty neklesaly pod 20;°C. O pravidlech jsme nebyli informováni a poslední den nám byl "zabaven" ovladač od klimatizace, abychom ji nemohli v noci využít. Po stížnosti jsme dostali odpověď, že situaci vyřeší, že v horkých dnech nemožnost využít klimatizace je nevhodné omezení. Poté již nekomunikovali a na žádost o finanční kompenzaci nereagovali.

Die Beschreibung und die Bilder der Bewerbung des Hotels aus Booking.com

In Ordnung war das Ergebnis, dass das Hotel- Management angeboten hat, den Preis für die gebuchten Zimmer zurückzuerstatten.

Für alternative Lösungen, als uns das Geld zurück zu erstatten und eine andere Unterkunft für die Nacht zu finden, waren sie allerdings nicht offen. Es war schon nach 20.00, als wir am Hotel, nach vielen Stunden Autofahrt, mit unseren 3 Kindern ankamen. Also eine unangenehme Situation.

Cons:

Dass das Hotel auf vielen Bildern Gebäudeteile und Ausstattungen zeigt, die alle woanders aufgenommen wurden und zu einer Therme in der Nähe gehören, die nicht im Bezug dazu stehen.
Dass in den Beschreibungen nicht klar kommuniziert ist, dass all diese Bilder nicht zum Hotel gehören.

Voor herhaling vatbaar
Pros:

De gastvrijheid, gastvrouw, personeel, kamers, ontbijt, ontbijtruimte en omgeving met eetgelegenheden. Het was bewonderingswaardig hoe de gastvrouw de gasten behandelde 7 dagen per week van s'morgens tot s'avonds. Verder een uitmuntend open lucht zwembad in de omgeving met alles er op en aan waardoor een bezoek aan een thermen bij 38 graden overbodig was.

Cons:

Niets. Alles was super.
Jammer dat er spraken was van zeer hoge temperaturen waardoor fietsen in de heuvelachtige mooie omgeving zwaar was.
