Overall it was great will book again ever time I visit this amazing country and city.

I have to travel to different floors to find different things. Like breakfast is on 8th floor and pool is on 13 floor and room is on the 5th and front desk is on the 1st and I haven’t even found the gym yet.

Excellent option in Barrancabermeja! Best price quality ratio!
Pros:

The overall experience was great, the staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Marcela at the front desk went above and beyond to help when needed and the entire team especially the restaurant and kitchen staff was very accommodating.
No doubt I will stay here on my next trip to Barranca.

Cons:

Hot water in the bathroom would be nice and room service options after hours too. The fitness room was spacious and well equipped, just a bit of maintenance needed.

Agradecemos toda la atención prestada calidez del personal y su amabilidad,. la comida es maravillosa, disfrutamos igualmente la piscina y cada servicio ofrecido para un descanso inolvidable.

Tener cuidado de que funcionen bien ...servicio de agua caliente en la habitación pues nos solucionaron al cambiarnos a oro lugar., tanto jacuzzi como la ducha ...pero gracias porque resolvieron rápidamente la situación y fueron muy amables.
