Please note that a band is playing at the property from 20:30 to 22:30 on a daily basis. For guests who stay in Standard Twin Room with Patio View might experience noise disturbances. The property apologizes for any inconvenience this might cause.

The nude bath area service is suspended due to renovation. The hot water in the guest rooms is all hot spring water and single bathtub is provided for bathing (only suites are marble baths). Currently provide bathing in Toyuji Hot Spring Resort, and the additional fee is TWD250 per person, guest needs to bring your own swimwear and swimming cap.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Pros:

從開幕到現在已經入住超過10次，這次是體驗最差的一次，房間內東西都是壞的，換了第二間房還是一樣有相同的問題。
之前的晚餐跟早餐樣式豐富，這一次去整個體驗感非常的差

Pros:

整體都非常不錯，提早入住下午還會有課程可以參與。休閒有漫畫房、瑜珈房，也可以借遊戲機和麻將。我住的房間看出去就是山景和知本溪，玻璃也擦得很乾淨，塌塌米房型房間夠大間。洗完澡吹風機的部分風量很大也不會很燙。

Cons:

我認為的小缺點是泳池泡湯區在戶外，只用竹圍籬隔起來我覺得會有點隱私上的疑慮，好處是房間熱水打開就是溫泉了，擔心的可以在房間休息泡湯。塌塌米房型內如果有靠背的坐墊我覺得可以更放鬆。
