Please note that a band is playing at the property from 20:30 to 22:30 on a daily basis. For guests who stay in Standard Twin Room with Patio View might experience noise disturbances. The property apologizes for any inconvenience this might cause.

The nude bath area service is suspended due to renovation. The hot water in the guest rooms is all hot spring water and single bathtub is provided for bathing (only suites are marble baths). Currently provide bathing in Toyuji Hot Spring Resort, and the additional fee is TWD250 per person, guest needs to bring your own swimwear and swimming cap.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. 感受極差，1分都不想給，最後2分是給少數仍努力擦屁股的辛苦第一線員工。
Cons:

選擇的是2晚一泊二食方案，但卻受了一肚子氣最終取消第二晚行程。
1.晚餐接待秩序混亂：入住時向櫃檯詢問晚餐是否有分梯次時段，得到答覆是晚餐時段為17:30-21:00時段內皆可自由至一樓用餐，但約18:00左右時要入場，卻遭一名男性員工擋下，態度不佳的說目前人較多無法入場，但現場明顯還有空位，而同電梯在後面的及其他團客卻都可以直接進去，包括我們在內的其他散客卻被阻擋，要求18:30或19:00才能入場。後來約18:30時要入場，另名工作人員表示要先登記依序等候，這部分先前也都沒有告知，大概察覺我們面露不悅才趕緊安排帶位，住宿方政策對待團客和散客差別待遇，也增加第一線員工的負擔。
2.設施登記及人員服務問題：至櫃檯登記使用SWITCH ，詢問有無時段及是否可預約，櫃檯人員告知21:30-22:00時段可以，就辦理預約，結果於21:30要使用時發現另一組住客也預約了同時段，就一起到大廳櫃檯確認，當時櫃檯人員說我們的時段是22:00-22:30（已超過公告的服務時間），當下覺得疑惑還有再詢問確認，該名人員仍堅稱為我們加開22:00-22:30的時段，雖不是一定要使用，但基於相信櫃檯人員，還是依照指示於22:00前往使用，卻先後面對設備管理的不同工作人員告知只使用到22:00，先是向1名工作人員解釋櫃檯告知的內容，卻仍遭質疑，後續又有另名工作人員來趕人，感受非常差。
飯店對於住宿客人的差別待遇政策、內部管理制度與員工教育訓練都不佳，且慣用先由一人敷衍處理再由其他員工翻盤的手法，客訴後主管人員聲稱會檢討改進，是否真實也不得而知。
