Bon séjour, mais décevant pour un 5 étoiles
Pros:

Très bon emplacement dans une zone calme de la médina.
Très beau lieu historique, le patio privatif de la chambre.
Personnel sympathique.

Cons:

Ce n'est pas ce que l'on attend d'un 5 étoiles. Le lieu historique seul ne peut pas justifier ce rang.
Le séjour était agréable, mais nous avons trouvé que les services ne correspondent pas à la gamme annoncée, par exemple:
-hammam en extra, uniquement le matin
-baignoire inutilisable, car aucun moyen de boucher l'évacuation malgré notre demande au personnel
-cable de douche trop court
-une seule table de nuit, une seule lampe, un seul verre pour une chambre de couple
-wifi défectueux
-petit déjeuner certes copieux et à volonté, mais pas haut de gamme
-aspect général vieillissant

En conclusion vaut le coup si une bonne réduction est appliquée.

Wunderschönes Gebäude in perfekter Lage. Unser Zimmer war wunderschön. Ich würde es immer wieder buchen. Die Mitarbeiter waren super nett und haben mehr als geholfen.

Kommer abslout att välja samma hotel- ett minne för livet. Personalen var super trevliga- Saida var mycket hjälpsam!

Läget, hotellet ( palatset), lugnet,rummet,området..

Cons:

Hotellet behöver se över frukost menyn så man har ett koncept samt hur man representerar det. Servera gärna frukost ute på terapi eller nere i gården genom att ha bord och stolar .Rummen behöver ha vattenkokare samt erbjuda te och snabbkaffe.
Taket till hotellet hade kunnats användas som en terass för kvällen- unik utsikt! Synd att man inte utvecklar det.

Pros:

Palazzo storico che si apprezza ancora di più dopo aver visitato il Bardo con una guida che spiega la casa tunisina. Location meravigliosa. A seconda della stanza potreste essere nel silenzio più assoluto oppure un po' rumoreggiante ma non eccessivamente. La pulizia è quella degli standard tunisini quindi io personalmente ho sofferto un po', ma tutto assolutamente dignitoso: la location in ogni caso meritava un po' di sofferenza. Il personale tutto super gentile e disponibile. In loco il ristorante merita una visita perché anch'esso luogo storico. Unica delusione il bagno della nostra stanza: mentre i ragazzi avevano una camera singola con un bagno super la nostra era una suite con cortile interno, ma il bagno era dotato di una vasca che alla fine era impraticabile, ogni modo dopo un po' di manovre la doccia l'abbiamo fatta! Nel complesso lo consiglio veramente. La posizione è strategica perché pur essendo dentro la medina è a w passi da un viale Accessile alle auto.

المكان أثري ويقع في المنطقة العتيقة قريب من الأسواق الشعبية وجامع الزيتونه وجامع الهنتاتي
الموظفون في الفندق ودودون ومتعاونون جدا
وقد شاهدنا احتفالات وأعراسا أقيمت في هذا النزل الطيب

Une nuit a la casbah de Tunis
Pros:

L'ancienne ville et la casbah sont proche.le. Palais est propre et Jolie.
Le personnel correct gentil

Difficile a trouver par voiture . On ne peut pas y accéder en voiture .

Die traditionellen tunesischen Elemente wie Mosaike und kunstvolle Verzierungen sind beeindruckend, und zugleich bietet das Hotel alle Annehmlichkeiten auf höchstem Niveau. Sehr geschätzt habe ich auch die Ruhe im Innenhof – ein perfekter Ort, um nach dem Erkunden der Stadt zu entspannen. Zudem war die Gastfreundschaft warmherzig und aufmerksam, sodass ich mich sofort willkommen gefühlt habe.

Cons:

Was mir weniger gefallen hat, war, dass manche Bereiche etwas renovierungsbedürftig wirken. Trotzdem hat dies den insgesamt sehr positiven Eindruck meines Aufenthaltes kaum beeinträchtigt.
