Cons:

Ein Aufenthalt mit ganz eigenem Charakter: Wer absolute Ruhe sucht, sollte wissen, dass das Hotel wunderbar zentral an einer lebhaften mehrspurigen Straße inklusive Straßenbahn liegt – urbanes Großstadtfeeling also rund um die Uhr kostenlos inklusive. Die Schallisolierung war dabei eher ein kreativer Vorschlag als ein tatsächlich erlebbarer Zustand, aber man reist ja schließlich nach Prag und nicht in ein schallgedämmtes Meditationszentrum. Auch das Thema Parkplatz blieb spannend bis zum Schluss: Der reservierte Stellplatz war laut Beschreibung für Fahrzeuge bis 2,10m geeignet, in der Praxis wurde es bei 1,90m dann doch recht sportlich. Aber immerhin wurde uns mit angenehmer Gelassenheit erklärt, dass dies ja kommuniziert worden sei – man lernt eben nie aus. Das Zimmer selbst war ordentlich und vollkommen adäquat ausgestattet – mit eigenem Bad, kostenlosen Pflegeprodukten, Bademantel, Klimaanlage, Safe, Badewanne und Dusche, Handtüchern, TV, Flachbild-TV, Wasserkocher, Schreibtisch, Sitzbereich, Hausschuhen, Haartrockner, Schrank und sogar Steckdose in Bettnähe. Den angekündigten Gartenzugang haben wir eher auf spiritueller als auf physischer Ebene erlebt. Der Wellness- und Spa-Bereich sowie das Restaurant liegen zudem im Haupthaus auf der anderen Straßenseite – was dem Aufenthalt eine kleine zusätzliche Alltagstauglichkeitsprüfung verleiht. Positiv hervorzuheben ist definitiv das Frühstück: wirklich lecker, liebevoll angerichtet und ein sehr gelungener Start in den Tag. Das Personal war insgesamt eher höflich-zurückhaltend als überschwänglich herzlich – aber vielleicht wollte man uns einfach genug Raum zur freien Entfaltung lassen. Alles in allem ist das Hotel eine Empfehlung für Gäste, die eine gewisse Portion Humor, Großstadtromantik und Flexibilität im Gepäck haben – und die kleinen Abweichungen zwischen Ankündigung und Realität als Teil des Boutique-Erlebnisses mitnehmen können.

Cons:

Der Checkout war etwas holprig. Die Dame hatte uns die Parkgarage mit berechnet,obwohl inklusive. Die Rechnung wurde uns erst ausgehändigt,als wir schon bezahlt hatten.

Big, spacious, and well-equipped room, super clean, excellent breakfast, very kind staff. You can leave your luggage for free in safe lockers for as long as you need after your check-out. The distance to Old Town is a 10-minute walk.

Cons:

It's not a big minus for me, but there isn't an elevator. The photo of the room on Booking.com doesn't show the actual truth. Although the room size, the facilities, and everything are the same, each room has a different decoration. The jacuzzi bathtub is not so convenient.
