Assa Maris Beach Hotel

This place could me much better with very little improvement and attention to details.

1 : Solve the internet problem... It is like trying to connect to the moon.
2 : Better parking management.
3 : Teach the staff to say hi to people they cross in the alleys.

Be sure when you go to this hotel you stop at the grocery store before you arrive. Once youre at hotel you are not close to anything. Beautiful beach, good food and nice room. Beautiful property.

I was totally, but totally, disappointed. If you’re eager to relive the worst of the 1980s, Assa Hotel is ideal. A €700 sea-view room offered tiny space, outdated furniture, leaking A/C, broken safe, ineffective fridge, erratic showers, and frequent water outages. The filthy pool had murky water and human feces clearly visible at the side (I have pictures if anybody would like to see them). Restaurant food was inedible; at dinner, no water was served, something basic in any country, especially in 45 degree heat, forcing guests to purchase it from the beach bar. (At exorbitant prices). Pool-bar coffee was overpriced (€4) and undrinkable in the restaurant. WiFi barely functioned, and renting beach towels (€10 each) meant living with dirty, wet towels for three days, as staff refused exchanges. Avoid this hotel; only the beach earned it one star.

Wifi does not reach any of the rooms - only available at reception area. Plugs in basin broken, holes in towels, most parts of the hotel in serious need of maintenance and upgrade

Good location and surroundings, but the service is not the best. The Wifi did not work, and the geyser was malfunctioning. The breakfast was strictly average. The beach was good but not as good as many of the others in Sithonia. Don’t think I am staying there agaib.

Kaldığımız oda nem kokuyordu.

Odalarin mobilyalari ve binabir hayli eski ama banyo yenilenmis bu bir hayli odayi guzellestirmis.
Ancak sularda problem var sanirim borularin çok eskimiş oldugundan yada bilhassa tuvaletde akan ortam deniz super yemeklerde bence yeterli ellerinden geleni yapiyor mutfaktakiler.

Otel merkezi yerde. Odalar geniş ve ferah. Temiz. Kahvaltı çok güzeldi. Biz genel olarak çok memnun kaldık

Beautiful hotel, right on the long sandy/pebbly beach, surrounded by pine forests, palm trees and flowers. Amazing and friendly staff. The food was very good. Very clean and well maintained. It's in the middle of nowhere and takes 90 mins from the airport, well worth it though. My only criticism is that you had to pay for drinks at the evening meal, including water or juice.

Das hotel ist soweit gut manche zimmer müssen renoviert werden sehr schöner Strand fur Familien ideal sehr ruhig es wäre schöner wenn für die kinder Aktivitäten angeboten werden sonst alles schön gewesen würde nochmal hingehen

Ολο το προσωπικο ειναι παρα πολυ εξυπηρετικο! Η κουζινα τους υπεροχη! Ανεση χωρου στην παραλια! Πολυ ωραια παιδικη χαρα για τον μικρο μας! Το μειονεκτημα ειναι οτι τα δωματια χρειαζονται ανακαινιση...

Nice little resort with great facilities. The food was delicious. What this place lacks is better entertainment especially in the evening. The place is in the middle of nowhere so without evening entertainment it was extremely boring. Not to mention that if you are not a Russian kid you can't participate in any activities as the animators are Russians. The rooms are very old and dated. The beach sand is with little stones and the sea is very dangerous - many holes in the sea bed.

Wide beach.
Walking 150 m on the beach towards Pyrkadikia, you can get to touquoise sea, natural wilde sandy beach and a falesse with small caves. Thear you can find how to do paragleiter sport (fly from nearby hill with parapant two persons to the beach)!
Do not accept any other room, diferent to the category you received in booked confirmantion ! Receptionist try to fool you to accept "temporary", even an economy room standard, pretending an " issue with your room" . Accepting means waiting some days till you can get audiance to manager who can approve the " change room" to the deserved one! Probably receptionist try to favour tourists who booked rooms using an specific tourism agency that keeps theyr agent permanent on site.

We really enjoyed stay in the hotel. Very taste food. Nice beach, suits for kids.
Should admit that room bit outdated and bathroom needs attention.
But overall very nice.

Hotel bien situé en bord de mer.
Beaucoup d'animation pour les enfant et les grands.
Deux piscines super sympa.
Personel souriant.
Couisine excellent.

Отличный пляж, ласковое море. Хорошая территория отеля. Разочаровала еда, однообразная и небольшой выбор, отсутствие фруктов, морепродуктов и выпечки (одни макароны). Платные полотенца. Соотношение высокая цена и низкое качество. Мы в этот отель точно не вернемся!
