Odanin temizligi iyiydi guzel kokuyordu. Odanin icindeki esyalar eski ve ozensiz monte edilmis..carsaflarda delikler vardi, havlular ise yirtik. Temizlik calisanlari haric guler yuzlu calisan goremedim. Otopark gorevlileri de iletisimden bir haber. Puanin bu kadarla yeterli oldugunu dusunuyorum. Fazlasina elim gitmedi.

Personel ilgili ve güleryüzluydü. Odamızın kilidinde sorun vardı. Destek istediğimiz ilk personel nezaketten yoksundu. Kapı dışardan açılabiliyordu. Kartta sorun olmadığı konusunda iddalaştı. En sonunda her seferinde personelden yardım istersiniz diyerek bizi çözümsüz bıraktı...(2 ekim 2024 gündüz)
Ancak, vardiya değişimi sonrası resepsiyon personeli ilgili davrandı. (2 ekim 2024 akşamı sorun çözülmüştü) İlgili personel kadındı. Hem cinslerime minnettarım. Bize çok yardımcı oldu. Doğru personel ile irtibat kurmanızı diliyorum. Tüm 5 yıldızlı değerlendirmelerimi ilgili, güleryüzlü personele gönderiyorum. Otrlden onların çabasıyla memnun ayrılıyorum.

Excellent Hotel in heart of Kizilay
Pros:

Small hotel close to Kizilay Square, shops and restaurants. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed a body scrub in Bubbles, a lovely experience. Excellent value for money

Bir gecelik konaklama için oradaydık. Otel şehir merkezinde olduğu icin ulaşım icin araba kullanıyorsanız, trafik olması muhtemel. Otelin önünde bir kaç araçlık park yeri var, otelin görevlisine anahtar bırakmak zorundasınız bu yüzden. Ama görevli oldukca ilgili ve yardımsever, ben bir sorunla karşılaşmadım. Otel kalabalık bir bölgede olmasina rağmen odadayken sesle ilgili bir sorun yaşamadık. Odamız temizdi, açık büfe kahvaltısı gayet yeterliydi. Biz genel itibariyle memnun ayrıldık. Teşekkür ederiz.

Pros:

The hotel was in a great location very near to city centre. Our room was very spacious and clean. It had nearly all the amenities you may need but surprisingly there was no coffee maker in the room. Refrigerator only worked when you were in the room and if you were leaving for a long time everything in refrigerator became warm.
