Pros:

Ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt. Im Hotel war alles in Ordnung, sauber und gut organisiert. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die tolle Lage und das schöne Frühstück. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Beautiful hotel in beautiful surroundings, nice food and kind staff (little busy)
Pros:

The hotel is really nice, and our room was the same. The room itself was very nice. The breakfast was good, and the atmosphere was very cozy. We may not have read the booking thoroughly enough – which is our mistake – but we had to stay in another building about 200 meters from the hotel. Had we known that in advance, we probably would have waited before making the booking.

Cons:

We chose to have dinner at the hotel but hadn’t booked a table beforehand. We did get a seat, but in the large open room rather than inside the restaurant. We ordered food and drinks, and after that it felt like we were forgotten. We first just asked for sparkling water – it never came. We had ordered cod and just a couple of sodas, as we don’t drink alcohol. The table was set at the last moment, then drinks and food arrived at the same time after about a 25‑minute wait, and then some iced water was brought out. During the meal, no one came by, and after we had finished eating and waited around 15 minutes, we gave up on getting coffee and went up to the bar to pay.
The staff were really sweet, but from our point of view there was a lack of coordination and overview. But at least we did get food and drinks :-)

Spa med utomhusbad bl.a. Mycket vackra gemensamma utrymmen. Trivsamt. Utmärkt mat i fin matsal.
Frukosten toppen. Fanns allt.
Sköna sängar. Prisvärt. Vänlig tillmötesgående personal.

Cons:

-dålig belysning i badrummet

Trevligt och bra , med en viss förbättringspotential
Pros:

Läget och frukosten (för icke laktosintoleranta)
Bra service att man kunde göra kaffe och te i Gåsahuset
Fantastiskt goda kakor, särskilt de med lakrits

Kallt på rummet
Ingen/dålig plats för väskor
Dålig belysning, särskilt på badrummet
Bara en duschdörr, vilket gör att det blir väldigt blött på golvet
Saknades helfigurspegel
Saknades bra placerade vägguttag för laddare
Fanns inga laktosfria alternativ förutom havreyoghurt och havremjölk
Varför inte göra äggröran laktosfri?
Vi hade 4 vanliga galgar och 10 byxgalgar, vore bättre med tvärtom

Hier ist kein Wellness Aufenthalt möglich!!!
Pros:

Die Qualität des Frühstücks war gut (außer der Kaffee!)

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit und der Unterhaltungszustand in den Zimmern und dem Wellness Bereich lässt extrem zu wünschen übrig. Es gibt keinen Whirlpool, beim Saunaofens liegen die Heizstäbe frei (so ist der Betrieb nicht zulässig, wegen erhöhter Brandgefahr!), Verletzungsgefahr durch defekte Fliesen, keine Handtücher im Wellness Bereich! Um in den Wellness Bereich zu gelangen, muss man durch die Lobby und den Speisebereich im Bademantel laufen - sehr unglücklich.
Die Beschwerden werden von Seiten des Hotelinhabers nicht ernst genommen!
