Pros:

Wir haben eine Deluxe Zimmer gebucht und haben eine Suite bekommen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Bad war auch ok Handtücher wurden jeden Tag gewechselt. Personal ist Top immer hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Im Bad war jedoch hin und wieder ein unangenehme Geruch und kaum Ablageflächen.
Die Matratze war für uns etwas weich.
Frühstück war immer gleich kaum Abwechselung aber ausreichend.

Rsepsiyon görevlisi mağduriyetimizi anlayıp, jest yaptı.

Cons:

2'şer kişilik 2 oda (1 standart 2 yataklı oda ve 1 suit oda) rezervasyonu yapmıştım. AMA rezervasyon işlemine başlarken kişi sayısını 4 yerine varsayılan 2 kişi ile başladığım için her bir odada 1 kişi konaklayacak gibi işlem oluşmuş. Oysa bir aile olarak 4-kişiydik. Otele giriş yaparken (rezervasyonda 2 kişi göründüğünden) diğer 2 kişi için fark talep edildi ve booking.com'a ulaşamadığımız için ödemek zorunda kaldık. OYSA fark etmemesi gerekirdi. Çünkü sonuçta rezervasyon yaptığımız odalar 2şer kişilik (2 oda toplamda 4 kişi için)di. Klima yetersizdi.
