Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, Cafes, Supermärkte und Restaurants sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sauber und bequem. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es war mein zweiter Aufenthalt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

I am honestly surprised that this hotel does not officially have five stars, because in my personal experience it truly deserves them.

The location is perfect — right in the very center, which is incredibly convenient, especially when you arrive late at night.

I arrived very late in the evening with two small children, feeling exhausted after a difficult situation with another hotel. From the very first moment, the staff at the reception made us feel safe, welcome, and cared for.

I asked if it would be possible to have a small baby bed, and to my surprise and gratitude, the team upgraded us to a larger room completely free of charge. This gesture meant so much to me as a mother traveling with children.

The room was spotlessly clean, with enough fresh bed linen and towels, very comfortable and quiet. Everything was prepared with great attention to detail.

The breakfast deserves special mention — it was not just food, it was a small piece of art. The chef personally prepared my favorite omelet, and it was absolutely delicious. You could truly feel the care and professionalism in every detail.

This hotel turned a very stressful night into a warm, calm, and pleasant experience.

Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, humanity, and excellent service.
I will definitely return and will gladly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Turkey, especially families with children.

A gem in the heart of Ankara.
Pros:

What a beautiful gem of a hotel!
A very unique experience. Warm, cozy and really stunning.
Lovely comfortable bed and a great shower.

Cons:

I know it's the culture in Turkey, but I hated smelling other people smoke in my room. My only real complaint.

Le point positif de l'hôtel, c'est son emplacement en centre ville.

Cons:

L'attitude du personnel est vraiment déplaisante, froide en général. Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié leur manière de s'adresser à moi et alors que j'adore la Turquie et que je trouve le personnel dans les hôtels et restaurants très souvent au top, je m'en suis vraiment voulue d'avoir fait ce choix d'hôtel. Leur rigidité m'a gâché la fin de mon séjour : il m'a en effet été stipulé que si je voulais avoir de la visite, je devais payer une somme supplémentaire ! Quand j'ai demandé à voir le document où cela était mentionné, Ils n'ont pas su me le montrer. Une honte pour mes amis traités de la sorte!
C'était la première et évidemment la dernière fois dans cet établissement qui veut se donner un style classe mais qui est bien loin d'en connaître les codes !

Hotel centralissimo!
La struttura è rinnovata, la pulizia e’ molto buona e lo staff è Molto gentile.
Colazione ottima in pieno stile turco. Il primo giorno, però, abbiamo trovato anche i pancake.
Un applauso allo yogurt.

Cons:

L’ingresso è un po’ troppo buio e scuro.
Noi avevamo la stanza al V piano e l’acqua calda non usciva con facilità. Bisognava aspettare
