If I ever have to come back to Ankara, I'll stay in this hotel.
Pros:

The staff who served me the breakfast were extremely friendly and helpful. Also, the cook was nice and making for us execltly what we wanted. Staff at the reception also were very freindly and useful. Location was ok.

Cons:

Excually, I can't give any negative points. It is a good hotel, without any questions.

First of all！Very noisy！from the street and the water tank in the bathroom，i can barely fall asleep.Second，the facilities is very terrible. no shampoo，and socket is very loose，i can not put my plug in to charge my computers. And the quilt was not out into the duvet cover，terrible！！Third，it
takes them three days to give me an invoice.And based on the price，it's really not worth it. Very bad stay.especially you were there for a business trip.

The staff is amazing.
The location is good.
The rooms are clean.

Cons:

But… I couldn’t fall asleep the first night of staying … I was trying to realise for an hour what was the noise that was waking me up. I think that was some automatic ac system… at 1am I called the receptionist, he was very kind, after calling a tech person they changed me the room, where I could finally fall asleep… but that second room was definitely older, from time to time during my staying I could notice some smells from the pines/sink too… (
