El desayuno nos pareció formidable. Muy completo y todo muy rico.
La ubicación es ideal, cerca del centro, aún así, es una zona tranquila.
En la pileta pasamos momentos muy lindos.

Pros:

Realmente la atención del personal. Todo estaba muy bien, pero el personal estaba en otro nivel. SÚPER atentos y amables. Desde la gente del front desk hasta el personal de restaurant. Todo genial!

Pros:

The rooms are very spacious and well laid out, offering plenty of comfort. The beds are extremely comfortable and ensured a great night’s sleep.

The hotel restaurant is a good, serving food for both dinner and breakfast. Parking is easy and convenient thanks to the parking deck with valet service.

The rooftop pool is a wonderful extra and a perfect place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

Cons:

While the stay was generally okay, there are a few areas that could be improved. Both the rooms and the pool area feel a bit dated and could benefit from renovation.

The rooms are quite noisy, making it easy to hear sounds from neighboring rooms. Unfortunately, communication was also difficult, as most of the staff spoke very little English.

With some updates and improved soundproofing, this place could offer a much better guest experience.

Ottimo hotel in zona centrale con facile e comodo parcheggio per la moto. Camera e bagno puliti, di ottime dimensioni e con piacevole vista sulla città, colazione ricca e varia sia per il salato che per il dolce ed un premio simpatia per lo staff.

Pros:

We stayed here from 4 to 5 January 2026. The stay itself was OK.
After we left, we realised that we had forgotten a few things at the hotel. We tried to contact the hotel by email and phone, but this proved impossible as the contact details on the website turned out to be incorrect.
After contact was established via another hotel, it turned out that the staff were uncooperative. Finally, we were informed that the items in question had not been found. This shows a lack of professionalism and trustworthiness. Never again!!!
