Pros:

Thank you so much. The stay was great; I came for work and had a quiet place for my meetings. Breakfast was very tasty, and the staff was unbelievable, especially Fatima.

Un tout grand merci à Bouchra, Ahlam, Amine et à Houssam pour leur professionnalisme, leur écoute et leur sourire.

Super séjour dans l'ensemble
Pros:

Petit-déjeuner, dîner et service de l'hôtel au top ! Réactivité du personnel aussi suite à la signalisation de soucis dans la chambre.

Cons:

Certains équipements dysfonctionnaient en chambre 115 :
- baignoire : impossible d'utiliser correctement suite à un défaut
- écran d'affichage de température en panne en arrivant, mais souci vite résolu
- interrupteur côté droit du lit dysfonctionnait. En particulier le bouton eh haut à gauche. Malgré une tentative de réparation, il dysfonctionnait toujours

Endroit magnifique, confortable avec un super personnel

Une mention spécial au personnel ! Notamment Houssame de la conciergerie ! Il nous aidé à organiser notre séjour , nos activités … il est extraordinaire !

All the facilities and general atmosphere were very welcoming. The pool was great as were the rest of the amenities. I highly recommend the Moroccan breakfast.

Le personnel était très attentionné,très gentil.
Un chauffeur avec voiture de luxe a été toujours disponible pour nous emmener dans différents lieux .
Les tarifs sont très corrects
Très beaux jardins très bien entretenus .
Établissement à tulle humaine,cocooning.avec un très bon restaurant
