Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel and were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our experience. From the excellent location, which made it so convenient to explore the area and get around, to the quality of the service, everything exceeded our expectations.

The breakfast was excellent, with a fantastic variety of fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented options. We also truly appreciated how warm, welcoming, and attentive the staff were throughout our stay.

We would especially like to mention Fatima Zehra, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more special. She was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and always available whenever we needed anything. Her genuine kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a wonderful difference and made us feel truly valued as guests.

We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, and truly wonderful hospitality.

Pros:

Tout était parfait. La qualité des équipes, l’emplacement, les chambres formidables, la propreté des lieux, le petit déjeuner savoureux, la piscine, la salle de sport et le SPA. Tout a été impeccable !

Mention spéciale à Ahlam et Houssam qui ont rendu mon séjour en famille extraordinairement chaleureux et reposant ! Nous reviendrons certainement !

Un séjour d'exception, idéal pour déconnecter !
​Nous avons passé 3 nuits fantastiques au Story Hotel à Rabat. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par le calme des lieux, un endroit parfait pour se ressourcer.
​L'ensemble du personnel est d'une gentillesse remarquable, toujours aux petits soins, souriant et à l'écoute. Un grand coup de chapeau (big up) à Fatim-Ezzahra à l'accueil pour son professionnalisme et sa bienveillance. Un grand merci également aux serveurs pour leur douceur et leur attention, ainsi qu'à l'équipe de ménage qui fait un travail formidable.
​Les équipements sont formidables : l'hôtel est d'une propreté irréprochable, la piscine est magnifique et la salle de sport est très complète. Mention spéciale pour le spa : j'ai pu tester le hammam traditionnel avec Malika, elle est tout simplement magique !
​C'est une adresse d'exception, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Top Hotel! Sauber, hoher Komfort und großartiges Personal.
Pros:

Die ruhige Lage hat mir besonders gut gefallen, ebenso wie die Möglichkeit, mein Fahrzeug sicher direkt am Hotel zu parken. Der Pool war ein tolles Extra, die Ausstattung war hervorragend und das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt!

Cons:

Das Frühstück war zwar solide und ausreichend, entsprach jedoch nicht ganz dem hohen Standard des restlichen Hotels und bietet noch etwas Potenzial für Verbesserungen.

soggiorno molto rilassante e tranquillo e Rabat è stata una scoperta molto favorevole

la posizione non vicinissima alle varie attrazioni ma in una bella zona residenziale molto verde e ben tenuta, colazione da migliorare per essere 5 stelle, camera spaziosa e insonorizzata, buona la spa, staff molto gentile e disponibile da migliorare l'accoglienza per essere all'altezza di altri 5 stelle

Cons:

la cucina del ristorante dovrebbe avere una maggior varietà di piatti, ci dovrebbe essere la presenza di personale a bordo piscina per poter ordinare cibo e drink e varie necessità, in assoluto la cosa peggiore sono i taxi sempre vecchi senza aria condizionata e tassisti non sempre presentabili per un 5 stelle ci sarebbe disponibilità della macchina dell'hotel ma su prenotazione e la sera è stato un problema trovare il taxi
