Magnifique séjour en famille au sein de Story Rabat.
L’hôtel est élégant, calme et parfaitement entretenu, avec un vrai sens du service et de l’accueil marocain. Les chambres sont confortables, les espaces très agréables et l’atmosphère particulièrement reposante.

Mention toute particulière à la conciergerie, et notamment à Houssame et Fatim Zehra, pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leur professionnalisme tout au long du séjour. Leurs recommandations, leur réactivité et leur attention aux détails ont vraiment fait la différence.

Une adresse que nous recommandons avec plaisir pour un séjour à Rabat, en famille ou pour un déplacement professionnel.

كل شيء كان أكثر من رائع ، الغرفة نظيفة جدًا و حريصين على التنظيف اليومي ، و طرازها أندلسي راقي ( و كذلك يوجد شطاف في دورة المياة أعزكم الله ) ، موظفين النظافة أمينين جدًا ، و الفطور لذيذ و فريش بالاضافة إلى جلسات الفطور جميلة جدًا الداخلية و الخارجية ، مرافق الفندق مثل الجيم و المسبح و السبا راااائعة جدًا و متنوعه ( جربّت لديهم الحمام المغربي مع صباح كان أفضل حمام مغربي جربته بحياتي ) ، و أخيرًا الموظفين لطيفين بشكل ملفت و تعاملهم راقي جدًا جميعهم بلا استثناء بالذات مريم و فاطمة بالاستقبال ♥️

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back again.
Pros:

A luxurious and very comfortable stay. The hotel offers a beautiful boutique atmosphere with excellent cleanliness and attention to detail. The gardens and overall location create a truly relaxing and romantic experience, making it a perfect getaway destination.

Cons:

The only area that could be improved is the restaurant service, which has room for enhancement to match the overall high standards of the hotel.

Reposante et très agréable
Pros:

Tout. Tout était parfait. Nos besoins étaient devinés et anticipés. Nous n’avons pas eu à penser à quoi que ce soit.
Le personnel est attentionné, patient et aidant.
Les lieux sont beaux, propres, accessibles et pratiques. C’est très calme et très spacieux.
Les jardins sont superbes et bien entretenus.

Pros:

Le cadre est très calme et magnifique.
Pour se reposer c’est l’idéal.
Le personnel a été au petit soin avec moi. Ils sont chaleureux, bienveillants et font en sorte que votre séjour se passe comme vous le souhaitez.
Le service du petit déjeuner est parfait, leur personnel extrêmement agréable. Le coach de la salle de sport est là pour vous aider si vous en avez besoin.
Un 5 étoile qui vaut vraiment le détour.

Our stay at Story Rabat was truly unforgettable. My wife and I spent the past two nights there celebrating both our anniversary and my birthday, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The entire experience made us feel like a king and queen.

We have stayed in many five-star hotels over the years, but this hotel goes far beyond that standard. Honestly, calling it five stars feels like an understatement it is on a completely different level.

Every single detail is carefully thought through. From the facilities, comfort, and cleanliness to the location, value for money, and most importantly the incredible staff, everything exceeded our expectations. The team’s attention to detail and the thoughtful touches throughout our stay made a huge difference and created a truly special atmosphere.

We genuinely wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked. That says a lot on its own.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone at Story Rabat for your exceptional hospitality and generosity. We will definitely be back.

Cons:

The only “problem” with this hotel is that after experiencing it, no other hotel will ever feel quite the same. You will always miss the warmth, the elegance, and those beautiful little details that make this place so unique.

I am 49 years old and have traveled extensively, but this is the first time I have ever left a hotel with a heavy heart simply because I wished I could stay longer.

During for both my Stays in Story La Carroussel and Story Rabat, the staff professionalism, kindness and extraordinary service is what make us go back to this hotel,Thank you Hossam for the kind and beautiful welcome and also for assisstance it was highlight of our stay, and thank you for all staff, its rare that we are impressed with service and we did, the breakfast buffet was great ( moroccan pastry are amazing!) and also location very quite and central in rabat downtown, the rooms are so spacious and beautifully decorated, and the storage space is great!

Cons:

the storage space is too small, in bathroom or in room, it was too small for a family of 3
