Cons:

The hotel is horrible with communication. The management staff lies and if you get injured document everything. This is a horrible place

Esta bien ubicado, es lindo, desafortunadamente tuve un huésped arriba insoportable con los carcomes y ruidos hasta tarde y desde muy temprano. La atención en el restaurante atroz, cero serviciales y pendientes.

Cons:

Era 31 de diciembre el hotel se quedó sin luz y los ofrecieron un traslado a otro hotel, prometiéndonos el no cobro de la estadía.
A las 4 am el 1 de diciembre salimos de la habitación, porque no soportamos el calor, estaba con un adulto mayor y bajar escaleras fue dispendioso porque no había luz.
Nos hicieron la promesa de no cobro al cambiar de hotel, sin embargo cobraron el mismo valor de la noche por un hotel de menor calidad y pésimo servio.

Cons:

No shade on after 1:30pm. on roof top. Jacuzzis turned off and at 6pm during cocktail hour watching sunset they lock the rooftop area entirely . No restaurants or stores within walking distance
