Pros:

Nothing special!

Cons:

The sea was always with waves and was not comfortable swimming! It was very windy weather! The pool was small! The food, especially the dinner was not various and not tasty!
The person in charge in the restaurant for the dinner was very rude and not polite! In general has not the quality of a 5 star hotel!

Except the online presentation of the room which does not match the reality, anything else was good.

Cons:

The pictures with the sew views does not match at all the reality, can be easily changed with a partial sea view and pool view.

La camera è confortevole, ogni giorno venivano offerti una bottiglia d'acqua e due cialde per il caffe. Staff gentile, pulizia accurata. Compresi nel prezzo lettini ed ombrellone ad esaurimento

Cons:

Davanti al balcone la vista era completamente coperta da un muro di cemento!
Al tavolo i camerieri erano un po' pressanti nel voler sbarazzare i tavoli

In general the stay was very comfortable,enjoying and satisfying. Perfect place to relax.
Pros:

The property was very clean and beautiful. It is exactly same as they showed in pictures. The location of property is fantastic. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The guy in bikini beach bar Panos is amazing, keeping always mood up.

Cons:

The spa there is overpriced. And getting only one litre of drinking water every day for free. If you want more water you need to buy which costs 3€ for a litre or go to the nearest supermarket in town.

5*****+ ❤️ Was a pleasure to spend 5 days at Ammos!
Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised by all the services provided. Both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious, with a great variety of choices.
The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any request. The rooms were very clean, and the housekeeping ladies were always kind and helpful.

The sunbeds on the beach were clean, and there was always a spot available. The location is excellent, very close to the city center and right by a beautiful beach.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Nothing to mention then thank you Ammos!

Náš pobyt v hoteli bol skvelý. Personál hotelu bol veľmi ochotní a milí. Izby vždy čisté a upratané. Hneď vedľa hotela je krásna pláž s lehátkami, ktoré sú pre ubytovaných zadarmo. Raňajky a večere podávané formou bufetu boli vynikajúce! Rozhodne bolo z čoho vyberať a všetko jedlo bolo veľmi chutné. Nemám čo vytknúť, ďakujeme za príjemný pobyt.

La struttura è fantastica, direttamente sul mare, spiaggia pulita e mare cristallino, posizione eccellente rispetto ai locali e alla movida di Malia, defilato ma al contempo limitrofo. Si mangia benissimo, colazioni ricche, cene con specialità greche e non solo, staff molto professionale e tutti veramente gentilissimi. Pulizia eccellente, piscina e bar a fianco veramente superlativi. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati per tutto il soggiorno, merita il punteggio massimo

Pros:

Loved everything about this resort .
The staff are wonderful & very welcoming. Everything is spotless & beds comfortable . Great buffet breakfast & dinner , nice pool with direct access to beach . Situated on the main strip with lots of shops , restaurants & cafe’s & the old town all walking distance .
Highly recommend !

אחד מבתי המלון הטובים ביותר שהתארחתי בו, אהבתי הכל. המיקום של המלון, החוף הפרטי ארוחות בוקר, העיצוב המשגע של המלון. הצוות הנהדר, העובדים בקבלה המנקות המלצרים ומנהל המלון נותנים יחס אישי והכל באדיבות. המלון ללא ילדים וזה יתרון עצום.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit hervorragendem Service

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Enorme Ammos Beach Hotel. Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir freundlich mit einem Getränk empfangen und nach dem unkomplizierten Check-in persönlich zu unserem Superior-Doppelzimmer mit direktem Poolzugang begleitet. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr bequem und sogar deutsche Fernsehsender waren vorhanden.

Das Essen war jeden Tag sehr lecker und durch die wechselnden Themen abwechslungsreich. Einige Gerichte waren wirklich hervorragend. Das Frühstück bot ebenfalls eine große Auswahl – von Müsli und Obst bis hin zu süßen und herzhaften Speisen. Besonders schön war die Möglichkeit, das Essen mit Blick auf das Meer zu genießen.

Ein großes Lob geht an das gesamte Personal: Alle waren ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam, zuvorkommend, flink und fleißig. Besonders positiv war, wie schnell auf Probleme reagiert wurde. Ein loser Wasserhahn wurde innerhalb weniger Minuten repariert. Auch eine fehlerhafte Abrechnung mit zwei versehentlich auf unser Zimmer gebuchten Getränken wurde nach unserer Meldung innerhalb weniger Minuten geklärt und der zu viel gezahlte Betrag zurücküberwiesen.

Das Hotel selbst ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön gestaltet. Auch der Strand und die kostenlosen Liegen für Hotelgäste waren sehr angenehm.

Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel in wunderschöner Lage, das wir aufgrund des freundlichen Personals, der schönen Anlage und des hervorragenden Services definitiv weiterempfehlen können.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt waren die Liegen am Strand. Obwohl diese für Hotelgäste kostenlos waren, wurden an einem Tag sehr viele Liegen fremdvergeben, sodass wir zunächst keine freie Liege bekommen haben. (Nach einem Bad im Meer, waren aber wieder Liegen frei)

Beim Essen hätten wir uns außerdem etwas mehr typisch griechische Spezialitäten gewünscht.
