Pros:

it was the best experience I have every had.
Pool, beach, restaurant (Breakfast and Dinner), Bar, Spa, everything was amazing! Thanks a lot for the professional team in the restaurant and Bar. 100% sure I will travel there again very soon

A wonderful stay made even more special by the amazing staff.
Pros:

The staff were friendly, professional, and always greeted us with a smile.
A special thank you to the team for surprising me with a birthday cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and I really appreciated the effort they put into making my birthday extra special. Their kindness made my stay unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel!

Cons:

The only area for improvement would be handling special requests. I asked if it was possible to have a dish ( like calamari or fried fish) that wasn’t on the menu, but the request was declined straight away. I completely understand that this may not always be possible, but it would have been appreciated if someone had checked with the kitchen or suggested an alternative.

Schönes Hotel, Top-Personal, gutes Essen. aber kein Hotel für Menschen, die Entspannung brauchen.

Das gesamte Service Personal war sehr freundlich und außerordentlich aufmerksam. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Buffet war abwechslungsreich und war wirklich sehr gut. Das gesamte Hotel war auf Service eingestellt und stets äußerst hilfsbereit. Danke Ihnen allen. Efcharisto´ poli´

Cons:

Die Bar des Hotels war jeden Tag mit Techno und Wave Musik auch am Strand präsent. Ein Entspannen am gedrängten Strand oder ein gechillter Barbesuch kam da nicht in Frage. Oftmals hörte man die Musik auch bei geschlossenem Fenster im Zimmer. Hier wäre es mal zu überdenken, dass es auch schöne entspannende Musik gibt. Auch mal etwas runterfahren mit der Lautstärke würde eine Entlastung bringen. Dann hätten wir unser Geld auch in der Bar des Hotels gelassen. Wir sind jeden Tag zu einem anderen Strand gegegangen.
