Pros:

Customer service was superb. Service crew will personally bring you to the hotel room. Wide range of food to choose from the buffet dinner. Green bean soup, mee sua, etc were also served between 130 to 430pm. Breakfast options could be improved.

適合國中以下兒童的親子旅遊好去處
Pros:

農場的活動安排很緊湊, 二天一夜的行程很豐富. 訂的住宿方案裡有含晚餐, 晚餐豐富又好吃, 是最另人驚豔的地方. 相比之下, 早餐就稍微另人失望. 住宿期間有遇到素質比較差的房客影響到遊興, 不過整體而言是很不錯的地方. 另外, 小朋友在國中以下或有伴的情況比較能盡興

放鬆好玩的去處
Pros:

頭城農場是個很豐富的地方。可以親近大自然。食物有特色好吃。如果住宿能再搭配園區內的行程會更加分。房間有點太古時候了。希望吹風機能更換較好較新的。廁所比較老舊沒有溫度。除了房間，其他地方都是100分。還會想再去玩。

房間隔音效果不佳，走廊說話聲很大聲，房內和隔壁洗澡水壓聲很大，其餘的都很有品質，食物超好吃且健康，在這裡住宿很放鬆，服務人員很有人情味。
不怕在這裏餓到，謝謝農場精心的安排喔！下次見！

A fun stay but room is in need of maintenance
Pros:

Overall, we enjoyed the activities, barbeque n variety of food. But the room n toilet is in need of maintenance. If they can renovate the room, this will be a perfect stay.

Things to note:
1. There is no lift. Need to climb stairs to room.
2. DIY Barbecue has lots of variety of food. Was fun for the 8 of us.
3. Lantern making was fun too.
4. Morning stroll around the farm was interesting (mandarin speaking), my kids have fun.

Pros:

豐盛的晩餐，烤肉竹筒飯吃到飽，早餐食材豐盛。隨時可以吃綠豆湯和冰，活動豐富，自然環境步道及DlY，小孩玩得很開心，感覺像被熱誠的親友招待。房間在山區，清潔舒適。
