Satisfaisant, beaucoup de choses à travailler sur pour commencer une vraie saison
Pros:

Le personnel est sympa ( la dame de l’accueil olfa c est un bonbon tres gentille , a l’ecoute et a pu nous aider au maximum , un grand merci a elle ) , par contre le gerant du restaurant qui nous fixe du regard , et a chaque moment verifie nos plats , faut changer son comportement,
Le petit déjeuner est toujours le meme , et pas assez varié
L hotel est vraiment ancien , faut tout changer , faut pas s’attendre à un confort , tres mal isolé , on dirait on est a l’extérieur , les photos n’ont aucun lien avec celles mises sur le site , faut se méfier
L’animation ne respecte pas du tout les horaires , ça commence à n’importe quel moment mais on a eu fun

Pros:

L'accueil été bonne ,nous sommes arrivés tard a 30min de la fermeture du repas donc on nous a proposé de manger avant les formalités. Cependant nous avons tous les 3 été malade suite au repas ou au petit déjeuner, la chambre 408 ce situe juste au dessus de la salle des fêtes nous avons eu beaucoup de Mal a nous reposé. Dommage qu'il faut également payer en supplément pour boire durant le repas . Je ne fait que très rarement des commentaires négatif mais là je me permets car nous sommes venu a l'hôtel nous reposer nous avons peut dormis et en prime nous sommes malade . Mise a part ça la chambre est jolie propre et la vue sur la piscine est sympa .

Friendly staff
Pros:

I recently stayed at hotel menara with my family of 4, coming from London. The hospitality was exceptional. The staff were always friendly and helpful. At first, we were given a not so great room but then they accommodated us to two, much better rooms fortunately.
