The staff were very kind, polite and friendly and always like to entertain and make lots of fun for us.
It was great value for money as it was close to the nearby shops and restaurants.
The food was great as the chefs were very helpful with serving all the different dishes.
The only downside was that our rooms were not up to our expectations as the TVs were not working/broken and the breakfast buffet was a little bit disappointing.
We would recommend the hotel and we’ve had a wonderful week in Tunisia.

Great experiemce with great food and animation team
Avoid ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE .
The pictures I will include shows just how awful it is its not worth a penny of hard earned wages COCKROACHES RUNNING around food room 1 plug for fridge a dirty dangerous fridge stained bedding dirty walls no seating outside and 1 door as a window a hostel is in better condition and the hotel staff don't care and the booking agent teletext holidays don't care they give excuses.
Most of the staff at the hotel cannot be faulted, they are so friendly and welcoming from the entertainment team to the housekeepers. The rooms leave a lot to be desired, with one working plug (the plug for our TV didn’t work or you would also be able to use this as a second outlet), a bed as hard as nails, barely functioning AC, and a shower that was also barely functioning. The food was also mediocre at best, if you are a fussy eater you will likely struggle for variety everyday. There are a few local market shops near by, including one a five minute walk from the hotel beside an ATM where all the goods are price marked. There is plenty of entertainment on during the day, however at night there was several occasions where they seemed to play the same ai generated jazz song from 4pm until the mini disco at 9pm. There are also a few local stray cats that wander around and in the hotel, they’re all very friendly and love to soak up the attention from guests. For what you pay for the hotel, it’s not bad for your money however 4 stars is a very generous rating.
Great hotel and friendly staff. The rooms need modernised. However, the food was good and the hotel was clean. All of the staff made us feel very welcome and the Animation Team were fantastic.
