Parking sécurisé

Cons:

- Parking trop petit, mais sécurisé
- Nécessite un rafraichissement. Drap/couette médiocre. Commande du chauffage ne fonctionne pas.
- Cher pour sa "qualité". Je n'avais pas l'impression d'être dans un 4 étoiles
- En quittant la chambre, la porte était bloquée, je n'arrivai pas à l'ouvrir. J'ai appelé au téléphone mais personne n'est venu. J'ai du réessayé encore et encore et heureusement j'ai pu l'ouvrir. J'étais stressé car j'avais un avion à prendre. En descendant, la réceptionniste n'a pas présenté au moins des excuses, mais en plus m'a dit: " Fallait pas verrouiller la porte, ici personne ne va entrer dans votre chambre " !!!!

Unforgivable Winter Camp
Pros:

This was a really great experience. I am glad we got to do our planned activities in a fun and well-organized environment. The hotel staff were extremely nice and understanding, as they made sure that our trip goes smoothly especially given the weather circumstances.

Great experience, Just needed a prayer room.
Pros:

It was great overall, Staff were really helpful and we had fun in the facilities.

Just a note to improve, Adding a prayer room would make the experience exceptional.

Atmosphere was calm too, especially in rest hours.
