Ideání místo na dovolenou v Chorvatsku,krásné pláže,skvělá kuchyně, velmi přátelský resort.

Snídaně i večeře výborné, velký výběr lokální chorvatské kuchyně, pestrá nabídka ryb, všech druhů masa, vegetariánské pokrmy, ovoce, zelenina, sýry,jogurty, sušené ovoce, chia a sezamová semínka,domácí jogurt atd . Každý si může dle svého zaměření vybrat. Nápoje večer nejsou v ceně, ale to je prakticky ve všech podobných zařízeních i třeba v Řecku. Po celou dobu se o vás stará velmi ochotný a usměvavý personál. Další personál pečuje o celý areál, takže je všude denně čisto. Denně také pečlivý úklid pokojů a výměna ručníků.Všichni se stále usmívají a chtějí vám vyjít vstříc. Celkově je cena za toto vše vyšší než obvykle,ale vzhledem k lokalitě a všemu co resort nabízí, to stojí za to. Navíc se dá večer dojet vláčkem nebo dojít po 40 min do krásné Poreče s mnoha kaváranami. Kdo chce poznávat nová místa, může si vzít kolo a jezdit na pláže směrem k Vrsaru nebo kolem Červece. Všude po cestě jsou kavárničky, výborná káva a všichni se k vám chovají vellmi příjemně a s úsmvěvem.Chceme se sem za rok zase vrátit.

Cons:

Snad jen měkké matrace a mravenci na pokoji. Měli jsme přípravky na hubení a až tak zásadně to nevadilo.Jinak není co vytknout.

Falsches Zimmer zugewiesen, Bungalow statt Hotelzimmer. Verspätet Hotelzimmer zugewiesen- war Kellerlage. Bungalow, sehr abgewohnt- in die Jahre gekommen

Сам готель загалом непоганий, територія доглянута, але є кілька моментів, про які варто знати перед бронюванням.

Пляж переважно кам’янистий, тому для маленьких дітей захід у море не дуже зручний. Також слід враховувати, що багато послуг є платними: лежаки, парковка та навіть сейф у номері.

Найбільше розчарування викликала ситуація з додатковою дитиною. Ми бронювали номер для 2 дорослих і 1 дитини, але вирішили взяти з собою ще одну 5-річну дитину. За її проживання з нас стягнули близько 500 €, хоча додаткове спальне місце не надали — дитина спала разом із нами в невеликому номері. Нам не пояснили, з чого складається ця сума, хоча, згідно з правилами готелю, які були доступні під час бронювання, дитина такого віку могла проживати безкоштовно. Я додаю фото цих правил, щоб інші гості могли звернути на це увагу.

Також хотілося б відзначити роботу співробітниць рецепції Sanja та Sara. На жаль, спілкування було не надто привітним, а під час заселення нам практично не надали жодної інформації про готель. Усе доводилося уточнювати самостійно: що, де і коли працює.

Загалом відпочинок був непоганим, але через ці моменти враження від сервісу залишилися значно гіршими, ніж очікувалося.

Pros:

Schöne, große Anlage mit Haupthaus und vielen Bungalows in mitten eines Pinienwaldes mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Leckeres Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet mit täglich wechselnden Speisen. Sehr ruhige Lage. Ca 30-40 min zu Fuß bis Porec. Saubere Zimmer. Teils schattiger Pool. Direkt auf einer Landzunge dh viele Möglichkeiten beim Meer zu liegen.

Cons:

Im Hotel selbst hat man sehr lange Wege zurückzulegen um von A nach B zu kommen. Viele Stufen, keine Aufzüge, da sollte man schon gut zu Fuß unterwegs sein. Was am störendsten war, dass es vom Pool keinen direkten Weg zum Meer gab. Man musste durch das Hotel durch, obwohl man eigentlich auf einer Landzinge ist, wo man auf allen Seiten zum Meer kann, theoretisch. Ein weiteres Manko war der angepriesene Bummelzug. Das Galijot ist die 2. Station. Jedoch war er jedes Mal voll...dh nicht auf den Bummelzug zählen! Zu Fuß ist man etwa 30-40 Minuten nach Porec unterwegs.
