Great value stay in good location. Friendly staff. Clean and well serviced each day.
Pros:

Great location within walking distance to museums, palace, restaurants and other sites.
Tea and coffee and biscuits available in rooms and downstairs in lobby.
Clean and well serviced each day.

Cons:

Room was a little on the small side and there is not much storage for clothing if you’re staying for a few days as we did. That said, we managed.

Pros:

A localização é muito boa. Em frente a um dos canais e praticamente do lado da Feirinha de flores.

Cons:

O ar condicionado era pessimo, praticamente não funcionava. A cama de casal na verdade era duas de solteiro uma do lado da outra com o colchão bem ruinzinho e ficava saindo do lugar, além disso o atendimento da recepção deixava muito a desejar. Pedimos ajuda para ir em um lugar que reservamos e o recepcionista simplesmente jogou no Google maps e pediu pra gente consultar por lá , mas isso já estávamos fazendo inclusive pelo citimaper. Enfim… muitos pontos a desejar.

Good value (for Amsterdam!), clean, central hotel.
Pros:

Very central, helpful staff, clean rooms with working aircon! Not deluxe, but good value place to stay.
