Great place to spend a few days away
Pros:

Rooms were a good size, beds were very comfortable and easy to get in and out of, tea and coffee facilities were very much appreciated the reception staff went out of their way to reallocate another room for my mum who was unable to manage the stairs to her original room. The breakfast was great as was dinning in the restaurant in the evening, drinks in the bar were also very reasonable .

Cons:

My sister had the disability room but it was carpeted and hard for her to manoeuvre her wheelchair, the wet room was fine except the toilet was to low, and some of the doors in and out of the hotel are not automatic so have to be held open to allow wheelchair access.

A real gem and perfect for a north coast stop.
Pros:

This was our second stay here. This time with our 18 month old son. The second time was even better than the first. It’s a very comfortable and clean hotel. The food is also great. The staff are fantastic. The reception staff are so welcoming and friendly. Keith in particular was great. He couldn’t do enough for us and made the stay all the more enjoyable. We’ve stayed in many hotels and accommodations around the world and the staff here are some of the best.

Relaxed friendly...very clean and cosy with great food...whats not to love!!

The comfortable cosy clean bed and super pillows!! I always struggle with hotel pillows but not these ones!!

Was a really relaxing enjoyable trip.

Pros:

Breakfast was generous, but slightly overcooked. The bed could be more comfortable, and the heating needs better control as it was running at full heat. We had to shut off the radiators and open the window to cool the room down to sleep.

Cons:

Excellent room size and tv. The restaurant had a good menu and very tasty, but again, overcooked.
