Over 2 1/2 hours to check in
Overall not a horrible experience, but i won’t go back. The only parking is valet and it takes forever. The rooms (at least my room) was very old, brittle, bugs, and smelled. Good location, but like I said will never go back to this hotel.
30 minutes after checking in. My daughter sat down on the sofa in the room and she fell off and one of the sofa legs broke off. The window blinds we’re broken in many areas. The furniture and furnishings we’re so old. The place was unsafe. The pool was broken and not in operational uses for months.
I liked the penthouse but didn't like the roaches that came with it.
Did not like one thing. From check in to check out, not one positive element of the stay.

absolutely horrible stay, the place was falling apart. The person never returned me a $300 refund and we got a very downgraded room. They claimed to have contacted me about the room being unavailable yet no notifications from hotels.com or email. The AC unit was broken and did not cool down any of the rooms. There was water in the kitchen all over the place and from the AC vent. The place was a mess and looked like someone just threw things all over the place. 0/10 don't go here and avoid at all cost as the manager is a liar.
We stayed in 1bedroom apartment with three beds. It was the perfect size for family of four (2 and 4 years old kids). This room was nice and clean but the washing machine was moldy and the dishwasher didn't wash the dishes and was very noisy. We had to wait 10 minutes for hot water. It was really hard to wash our oily dishes after cooking.
The hotel seems very old. The area around swimming pool was dirty and it looked like nobody took care of it. There were only a few chairs for all guests of the hotel. Water in the swimming was dirty as well.
Beach was okay.
There is no restaurant/cafe/shops nearby (except these in the hotel) and you have to always travel by car.
The coffee in the small shop in the hotel was horrible.
There is a nice playground about 5 minutes walking south on boardwalk.
The location was great! The place was as clean as they couldproblably get it due to age and in need of an immediate renovation. The pool had huge rust spots that was pretty unbelievable. In the very early morning hrs there was alot noise, that felt like it was upstairs, to eight and left.
Although the listing did not show towels as provided, they were provided in the unit. Bathroom could use a vent. Toilet flushing was a bit sensitive. Loved access to the beach. Would stay again.
Great building great vibe. Just change the elevator system.

Good location, the property was clean, and check-in and out was easy, Soleil Apartment at Castle Beach Club gets packed with people lots of people.
Very clean
The apartment was very nice, and The View is everything! Loved, loved, loved staying here! The Beach Club in general is maybe a tad rundown- but that's expected at the beach. It was very nice that there was a little market in the lower level, a Tiki Bar by the pool and a restaurant on site. There is a wonderful walking & biking path right there too. It's not a very walkable location for food & entertainment. But you can Lyft to most highlights in about 20 minutes. Our host was very helpful.
The upkeep of the property is terrible. The entire property was disgusting and even the people that we met had the same complaints. The valet was so unorganized that we had a tow sticker on the window that we had to get a razor and scrape off ourself. I would never come back to this property. We had no cell service at the property. I am honestly surprised this place is operational.
They Studio Apartment was perfect for me and my 3 sons it was clean the property was convenient I would stay there 10x’s over!
good location, clean apartment and a beautiful view of the sea, only the check in took a long time, almost 1 hour of waiting, only 1 employee to attend a huge queue.
