Completely fine, clean, comfy. Slightly more "perfectly adequate" than a rave review.
Pros:

It's a relatively basic stay. The room was clean, decent sized, a few older/rougher spots but generally quite decent. It's certainly not a modern chic hotel but for a clean/comfy room to get your head down, completely adequate. The bed was comfy, linens clean.
The supermarket over the road is fine as a breakfast spot (very good coffee!) but not REALLY a plus on the hotel itself.

Cons:

The room I was in had clearly had a little moisture affect the paint on the ceiling. It's not the end of the world but obviously flaky bits is generally something to look at.
A little something like... just a decently sized bottle of water in the fridge would be a good touch.

Good for a budget.
Pros:

Mixed rooms - of the four two were nice - two were poor.
Opposite supermarket and on bus line so very good if on budget and not far from train into Athens.
One reception staff spoke very good English.

Cons:

Some rooms had cigarette butt burns. One reception person spoke no English so it was hard.

Extremely disappointing.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Rude, unprofessional staff. The tap on the sink didn’t work on the cold water side. Stained towels. The phone wasn’t working when I needed to call the reception. The staff were intentionally leaving a bowl with all double keys for each room out in the corridor, in plain sight, and that was a huge safety concern. I felt very unsafe while I stayed there.

Pros:

Relatively close to the airport, room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

We were on the 2nd floor and had to take luggage up by stairs from the 1st floor.
The staff was OK, when we arrived the man didn’t speak English and when we left the next morning the lady was not very friendly.
