Lovely staff very clean and walking distance to town centre also plenty parking spaces
Pros:

Hotel was lovely and clean location was perfect and we were up graded to a suite for no reason

Cons:

I didn’t like that there was no restaurant in the hotel but I would go back there again

Pros:

We went down for breakfast just at 11 and it was finished so that was disappointing . Room was fab very spacious and bed was so comfortable

Taxi took ages to come waited 40mins when he said he would be here in 10mins

It was a nice hotel.

Cons:

They wanted us to give them our room key when we went somewhere. I didn’t feel comfortable with that. The room also smelled like there were animals living in it.

A perfect hotel to stay in Killarney
Pros:

We loved every part of this boutique hotel! The staff couldn't be nicer or more accommodating. Lelu was especially kind and seemed genuinely happy to see us when we returned from town each time. The town was so fun and meals, ice-cream and music were perfect. The breakfast was delicious and the room sumptuous. We loved everything

Lovely boutique hotel in a quiet convenient location with very welcoming staff
Pros:

We booked one night in The Brook Lodge Hotel in Killarney at the last minute and we were so happy with the hotel. It is on a very quiet location just off the main street. It is a lovely boutique hotel with well appointed rooms. We were allocated the garden suite which was spacious with a very comfortable bed. All the staff were so friendy and welcoming. Both receptionists Klinta and Lilu (forgive my spelling) are true ambassadors for the hotel and Breakfast was served by a lovely lady Catherine. Now that we have found this gem of a hotel we definitely recommend it.

That’s was our second stay. Definitely will be back.
