The place was right in town a short block to everything you could want to do in town of kenmare. Place was super clean, brand new and very nice.

Our room had no view but we did not even care. It was bright, clean and there is so much to see in Ireland you don’t spend time in your room.
Very friendly staff at both reception and breakfast. The location was really good and short walking distance to the city.
The hotel is very outdated. The showerhead was at an uncomfortable position with little water flow. Additionally an electrical cable was coming out of the bathroom ceiling which we considered unsafe.
It’s very close to the city center. Room was large and the beds comfortable. I also appreciated the large sitting chair in the room. So relaxing.
Being two people in a dinning area we probably should be able to sit where we’d like. Well ms I’m in charge who wasn’t readily available when we first entered into the room. Was a bit bossy where she put us. I even asked and she said we were only two, we couldn’t sit where we’d wanted. Also there were only 5 other people there the whole time I was in there. I said something to her that there is plenty of seating. She said I’d be surprised?! Well only one person entered while I was eating. Smh. Oh I noticed he picked his seat.
A fantastic hotel! Huge room, neat and tidy. Staff were very friendly and it was an easy walk to restaurants. There was onsite parking as well which was super handy.

We weren't aware that the hotel didn't offer food other than breakfast, room service or evening meals were not available, however the town centre is very close by offering plenty of choice.
Some lovely restaurants nearby but booking is advisable.
