Skönt att det var nära till tunnelbanan.

Cons:

Fruktansvärt kallt på rummet med världens tunnaste täcke. Fanns ett litet el-element men vad hjälpte det när rummet kändes som ett kylskåp. Hjälpte inte ens att sova med kläderna på.. Extremt lyhört också, och ingen frukost när jag tänkte äta strax efter 9, trots att den ingick och skulle serveras från klockan 9..

De sa att receptionen stängde 20, klockan 19 40 skulle jag plugga från min dator och behövde tillgång till wifi som jag då förstod jag inte fått, jag är då vid receptionen 19 45 men den är helt nedstängd, jag fick veta att frukosten skulle serveras mellan 7-9 jag kom dit 07 18 och den var inte framplockad, såg ut som ngn precis kommit dit för att plocka fram, den var framplockad 7 30, jag som behövde åka iväg till skolan i tid gjorde att jag fick skynda o äta en macka, de beh införskaffa en ny brödrost då den knappt gick att sätta igång o när man fick igång den värmde bara ena facket av två

Nos encantó nuestra estancia. El hotel está muy céntrico que te facilita salir caminando a cualquier sitio de la ciudad. El personal muy amable y muy atento y el desayuno muy bueno. Todo muy limpio y la habitación muy calentica en pleno Febrero que no nos hizo falta usar radiador nunca. Lo recomendamos 100%

Nice location, but very cold rooms during winter.

The location was perfect and staff was friendly.

Cons:

The room was located in the basement, so there was no mobile signal. In addition, we were in the farthest room, and the WiFi did not reach that area, so we had to go to the lobby to use the internet.
There were also very few power outlets in the room, which made charging devices inconvenient. The room was so cold that we were shivering during the night. Since there were no staff members available after 8 p.m., it was not possible to ask for an extra blanket during the night. After the first night, we requested an additional blanket, but instead we were given a heater. While the heater did make the room warmer, there were no windows, so the air quickly became stuffy and there was no fresh air circulation.
