The hotel was very hard to find. Very small road and no parking. Only 1 staff. They have big rooms.

Nice place to stay the staff were good as there was a problem of payment which wasn’t there fault!After speaking with Customer care everything was sorted this place only a short walk to shops restaurants and the beach and old town.you get a nice nice view of city from the roof.Highly recommend.

The hotel is in the centre of Budva up an alley and quite easy to find. To get the reception we had to call a jumber via WhatsApp which worked fairly well.

Our rooms were clean and tidy although, in place of a sheet was a simple blanket wjich we slept under.

The access to the roof top bar and restaurant was closed - a disappointment as this was one of the main features of the hotel. The lift was broken but I do not think that this was a recent event.

When we checkes out the next morning, I called the WhatsApp number three times to try and get hold of somebody but got no answer.

We wvwntually left (having paid when we arrived). One of my friends manages to find my passport which had been kept by the receptionist the night before, under the photocopier.

He also found dricing licences and identity cards from other guests - these documents are important to individuals but were not treated accordingly.

Overall, a clean, comfortable room in the centre of Budva but not somewhere I would choose to stay again.

Oppholdet var mindre bra, var skuffet over at hotellet faktisk ikke var et hotell men leiligheter, noe også resepsjonisten selv sa da vi spurte om vi kunne få hårsjampo og hårføner.
Renholdsteamet skiftet ikke sengetøyet i 5 dager, kun rene håndklær.

Conveniently located off louder main strip. Staff was friendly and attentive, good breakfast on roof with great views.

Aamiainen oli ala-arvoinen. Aamuaistila oli ruma, mm.beiget muoviset vanhanaikaiset liinat pöydillä. Skandinaaviseen makuun ei ollut mitään maukasta syötävää. Kahvi ei ollut kahvia, tee oli valjua ja haaleaa, maito sekä mehu lämmintä.

Muuten hotelli oli ihan ok😊ja siisti. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Huoneessa parveke ja ilmastointi.

Upon check-in, it was discovered my reservation had not been entered into their system, a situation quickly rectified by the most-pleasant Oliveira. I was upgraded free-of-charge to a triple room which I found to be spotless and welcoming. Although lacking the usual amenities of most hotels (shampoos, lotions, iron/ironing board), the room was very comfortable all the same. The buffet breakfast is definitely created for European clientel, lacking any fruit, pancakes, waffles, etc. but satisfying as well. I found this property to be well-located and but is DEFINITELY NOT handicap-accessible as there are stairs at every turn, some high and without railings. There is a nightly at-charge buffet dinner served between 7:30-8:30 which I found to be sufficient yet plain & basic. I found all hotel staff to be welcoming and very cordial.

Service at the reception was a little strange. They couldn't find my reservation and asked me to send them emails of my confirmation. There wasn't a lot of diversity on the breakfast. Other than that, the room and the hotel were okay for the price we paid during high season. Walking distance to small grocery shops, restaurants and of course, the beach.

Mycket prisvärt hotell. Bekväma sängar och rena rum. Bra service, vi hade bokat trippelrum men något var fel på kopplingen till hotels.com och deras bokningar och hade inget trippelpunkt ledigt, så de ordnade två dubbelrum helt utan problem. Fungerande AC, kylskåp och säkerhetsskåp och härliga balkonger på rummen. Promenadavstånd till strand och stad. Frukost inte bra, men finns många bra alternativ till bra priser i närheten och på väg ner till strand och stad. Wi-fi sådär.

it was really great.

They were over booked. Did not call or inform me. Tried to put me into some room down the road in village room! Was not impressed, and very unfriendly. Be careful of this place. Reason it is so cheap! People around me also were not impressed.

Friendly (English Speaking) Reception.

Nice Newer style room set up well for a short stay. Kitchenette wasn't very equipped, and the beds were not the most comfortable. Gated Parking, Nice building. Awful Breakfast (Inedible pure salt flavor on everything).

The Wifi is by room. You turn your TV on and have your own connection. Really cool hotel concept we have not seen anywhere else.
