The new room I received the last day of my stay was exactly what I had expected when booking. The breakfast staff and night shift employee were also genuinely kind and welcoming, and the location of the hotel is very nice.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the balcony doors in my first room did not properly close or lock and would reopen due to airflow when opening the main room door. Although the issue was acknowledged, the handling from reception felt rather cold and lacking empathy. The first room also showed some maintenance issues which gave the impression it had not been properly checked beforehand.

I would definitely recommend this Hotel and I will be back if I travel to Nice again and I would recommend a difference
Pros:

Stuff for super friendly and helpful. It's directly on the waterfront, which makes it a perfect entryway to Lakeshore trails

Cons:

The room had some minor repairs that were pending. Nothing you couldn't get around. I'm fine with noise, but there's definitely some street traffic noise.

Cagnes, bella nella parte a mare e molto bella nella città vecchia medioevale.
Pros:

Posizione ottima davanti la promenade a 50 metri dalla spiaggia . Camera con vista mare. Colazione ottima, con ampia scelta tra dolce e salato, frutta fresca. Marmellate e torte molto buone. Abbiamo cenato due sere in albergo. Cucina ricercata, materie prime ottime. Un plauso allo staff del ristorante, attenti al servizio e cordiali.

Cons:

Il prezzo del parcheggio. Euro 19 al giorno per un parcheggio scoperto e non custodito mi sembra eccessivo.

Posizionato proprio di fronte al mare l'hotel ha delle camere graziose e abbastanza spaziose e dotate di tutto ciò che ci si aspetta da un 4 stelle. Staff molto gentile e disponibile.

Bagni maleodoranti, il parcheggio al costo di €19,00 c’è scritto privato ma in realtà è in una via senza alcuna sbarra all’ingresso (ci son solo le telecamere ma tutti possono accedere). Allarme antincendio scattato alle ore 23 senza reale emergenza.

Fick ett rum i sidobyggnaden, våning 5 utan hiss och väldigt smala och trånga trappor. Luktade illa och på rummet luktade det avlopp och var flugor på toaletten. Ofräscht!
