Parking was convenient and safe. All areas were very clean. The only complaint is that the top sheet on our bed was so thin it had holes in the hem line.
Terrible experience from start to finish. Booked through Expedia and, upon check-in, was given a room literally next to the front door. When I asked about it, the front desk almost gleefully told me “those rooms” are reserved for Expedia guests. Unreal. To make matters worse, I had initially booked the wrong night, canceled immediately, and re-booked correctly—yet the hotel charged me for both nights and flatly refused to credit me back. The property itself has potential, but the way it’s run feels unprofessional, nickel-and-dime, and downright shady. Plenty of better places to stay—avoid this one.
Very charming and a must stay if you are visiting UArk.
highly convenient to everything
Great location!!! That's the key to this property!! If u need to be close to campus...well it's on campus so... just realize it's a historic building and it comes with all the charm and quirks of having a long history. Staff was very kind to package up some things that I left behind which I have never been successful in getting done anywhere else!! Thank you guys!!
Passing through area, was nice place to stay and close walk to restaurants
Location was perfect for UArk Orientation. Our son stayed on campus. My husband and I really enjoyed sitting back and talking about our day over cocktails. We felt like we were on a date night.

Really neat historic hotel!
Clean and quiet, and beautiful setting on university campus.
This is a nice historic building. Great for photos and the lobby was like a museum.
Great location and staff was very friendly/helpful but the hotel itself is very outdated.
Our room’s air conditioner did not work. The engineering staff was great but it was unfortunately a weekend. They gave us another bed upstairs and we were able to sleep there and keep our stuff down in the other room. Staff was great from front desk to engineer. They’re doing the best they can with the condition of the hotel. Owners just need to do desperately needed upgrades to the hotel.
Absolutely stunning charm! Love the history!! Extremely clean, comfortable rooms and amazing shower!! Every single staff member was friendly during my stay. It’s such a relaxing atmosphere which made me feel at home. Now that I know about this hotel, I won’t stay anywhere else while visiting Fayetteville
Highly recommend!!
Such a charming Inn! Thr staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Our room had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, no exaggeration. We also had a small sleeper sofa, tucked into a nook under a window, which was lovely to cozy up on with a book. There were the cutest sitting areas throughout the halls. Can’t wait to go back!
We arrived early after five hour drive and the front desk happily let me check in early—no fee needed. The room was spotless: crisp linens, no dust, and the bathroom was immaculate. The bed was cozy and pillows were plump—perfect for crashing after travel. Early check‑in and a clean, comfortable room—two big wins for a stress‑free stay!
Location and ambiance
Very humid in room, coffee maker broken, toilet ran
