Perfect location. Right on the beach and walking to all the fun, restaurants and shops in town.
Our particular room didn’t have any cooking supplies, no microwave, no plates, dishes, etc. so we were obligated to eat out every meal
The location was fabulous with rooms with balcony overlooking the water in a bay with a coral reef within swimming distance. Located in West End, a town with lots of restaurants and bars, within a few blocks. Room was modern and comfortable. Bathroom had reliable hot water. Friendly and capable staff. Adjacent to Sundowners Bar, a festive beach bar.
It's is located next to Sundowners Bar which has live entertainment in the evenings which could be an issue for those going to bed before 11 or midnight.
Perfect location and wonderful hotel staff
We’ve been staying here every year for 12 years now. They continue to get better.
For this last stay, we had a few minor complaints, the type only regulars would know about. From a business owners perspective (me), a true concerned business knows how to deal with any negatives. They handled everything extremely well. It was a great stay.
West End has a funky locals vibe to it. To stay in a high end establishment without the pretentious of an overly tourist area is what we seek out. The Beach House is a gem!
We had Breakfast at the hotel each morning, the food and the view was great. The rooms were top notch, AC worked perfect. The staff was very helpful in setting up excursion's for us all week. We will defiantly be back

The bed could be more comfortable.
Location, location, location. Don’t hesitate to book here. We were so unsure where to stay and will come back right here again!! Perfect for traveling with no car…all the food, drinks and entertainment close. We never saw another hotel so close to the beach—literally a few steps. Our 1st floor room was perfect and no road noise.
This is such a lovely resort. Stayed for two weeks and would absolutely come back. Staff are incredible!! So friendly and helpful. Lovely beach with nice chairs that have cushions, right next to the dive shop, beds are the best (top quality, excellent sheets) and they even have good pillows!!! This is also the perfect area, right at the end of west end so loads of restaurants and stores. Shout out to the girls at the desk, the cute puppy Mila, and helpful beach boy Henry.
Rude reception. Not a good experience. Won’t be coming back. Food is overpriced & flavour is not mid. Portions were very small. Not worth it. Don’t recommend.

This is an amazingly charming small boutique hotel with only 14 rooms, excellent service and a fabulous restaurant. Directly at the beach.
Stunning location right on the beach. Beautiful dock for guests. Next to a really great bar sundowners as well. The staff was excellent. Should out to Paula, Harrison, and Abel but all staff were great and friendly. They even assisted me when I needed some first aid. It is very safe and secure with security 24 hours. I would definitely return here!
We found the hotel and Sun Divers next door while on a cruise ship port stop. We talked to the owner of Sun Divers and she mentioned dive and stay packages. We booked easily online when we got home, great communication.
We stayed in room 12 on the third floor. Very comfortable and spacious accommodations. The view from the deck is outstanding, we spent mornings with coffee watching the bay wake up.
Staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The onsite restaurant had a nice menu with interesting choices.
We would stay again if we returned to West End!
Really amazing location. The bay is gorgeous and away from the cruise ship people. Did the dive package with Sun Divers next door and it was perfect. Weather in November can be a gamble but worth it for so few people. Hotel was not cheap but the restaurant is great and the views and location are what you are paying for.
What a sweet little boutique hotel! The bay that it's on isn't all that beautiful, but it's nice to see water outside regardless. The beds were so comfy. The design was unique, inviting and BOHO. The breakfasts were wonderful! I'd stay there again for sure. Super cute!
The dinner and other foods were just OK, not bad, not fabulous. Just OK.
The Beach house is fantastic! right when you went to the lobby was extremely beautiful. It is sat right on half and the beach is lovely right there. The rooms are incredible and the views are amazing! The restaurant is excellent as is the service. Everybody who works there is super nice. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. And they have their own car service to take you wherever you need to go. I can’t say enough about the beach house. It is incredible!

The location of this property was perfect! I loved being in an area that was a little less touristy (than West Bay) but still had interesting cafes, restaurants and some shops. The beach was calm and relaxed. I was able to take some nice walks in either direction of the hotel and felt the location was safe and central. The style and decor of the hotel was beautiful. Coastal, boutique and contemporary with light, bright colors. My room was also amazing looking right out onto the water. It was so peaceful laying out on the lounge overlooking the water and reading, drawing etc I would definitely come back and stay here again.
The only negative was that I was on the ground floor and at about 4:40-5:30 every morning I could hear movement above me at the restaurant, like moving chairs, opening and closing of doors etc as I am guessing they were arriving and getting set up for breakfast. I was woken every morning which isn't ideal but for the most part it was ok.
A lovely hotel with excellent food, rooms, and great service. Nicely located in half moon bay and they have a deal with Sundivers scuba shop next door who are also excellent. Only issue is that it can be loud from motorcycles revving their engines at night on the street, we had this issue on Saturday night, mainly, plus during a big fishing tournament. Well located near West End, but that makes it louder
