The stay at the hotel was very nice, it was our first visit! Could have been warmer

The breakfast was good, i was a bit deceived by the baked goods explained upon check in. But a very filling breakfast. The view was beautiful.

Beautiful views and friendly staff make for an amazing stay!
Pros:

Beautiful location, very friendly staff, simple breakfast included. I don't have anything negative to say. We had a late arrival and the staff was more than accommodating. They made it simple to find our room even after midnight.

Cons:

Nothing at all!!!!

Otherwise we love this resort. The gardens and fountains are lovely and the views are 5 star

Beautiful property excellent room very comfortable bed. The breakfast was very nice. The location was great. We enjoyed it all. Thank you

Cons:

Very un friendly women at the desk in the morning who proceeded to have a major coughing fit as we were all trying to eat breakfast. Please tell the staff to at least greet people with a simple hello or good. Morning.

Special in every way.
Pros:

Beautiful views. Frank did a great job checking us in and went over amenities. He made us feel like we were home.
Parking was effortless right in front of our room. Nice patio.

Location to Sister Bay was perfect - out of the way, quiet, good views yet still close enough to the main shops and restaurants. Liked that the location was on the Sister Bay shuttle route.

Pros:

We were called that morning and was advised that the office was closing because of the holiday and there was a envelope left with my name on it for late check in with directions to our room. She stated we needed to check in that next morning and breakfast was going to be ready at 7:30am. The lady was easy talking and very polite. My Wife and I got to the room and found a box of chocolates for our 33rd anniversary. That was the sweetest gift from the resort, made our night! Then that next morning Bruce at check in was outstanding, very pleasant and happy to be there working. our whole stay was the same everyone was happy and upbeat! That set the tone for how your day goes. Thanks and we will be staying there again.
