The hotel is at perfect location, close to Exit 1 of Ximen station and Ximending night market where you can find signature food, restaurants, souvenirs, and milk tea/boba branch.
The room is clean. Although there is no elevator in the hotel, there is a cargo lift which faciliates climbing upstair/downstair.
The room is quite small (except for the bathroom, which takes up half of the room space), I can't fully open my suitcase (size large). And the bed springs make noise when you turn lol.

Room is awfully small. Do not take room 203 it's like a storeroom beside the luggage lift. Cobwebs are present at windows. Noisy and poor sound proofing. Seriously can get a better room with that kind of money

Great stay here. Great, accommodating staff. Stairs/common spaces are really decrepit and dirty, but the rooms inside are clean, and that's all that matters to me. Good hot water shower!
This property gets a 4* for its location. The bed is really hard, and the facilities are ok but nothing fancy. It is a decent 2* hotel. The best thing is its location. The MRT being within a 2 min walk is huge. Very nice location and great for a cheap hotel.
Check in and out is fast, staffs are on duty 24 hours so no issue to check out in the early morning. 3 minutes walk from Ximen metro exit 1. There's a luggage elevator in the hotel.
Clean, easy access, great Location, friendly staff, was able to prolong stay spontaneously.
Although there is no elevator, there is an elevator that will carry your luggage to the rooms on the second and third floors. The owner's sister was kind and explained everything to me, so I had a comfortable stay. I will come back to Taipei next time.
