住宿位置從高雄車站步行約5分鐘即可抵達，早班及晚班櫃台人員都十分親切，這次訂購的房型及方案沒有加購早餐方案，櫃台人員告知一樓飲水機及咖啡機可做使用，非常感謝。

Cons:

電梯、走廊、房間有很濃烈的芳香劑味 剛進入空間鼻子會很刺痛，從外面回到房間甚至還參雜著菸味，不知是否為附近樓層抽菸，菸味沿著抽風系統流入房間

入住後整體說不出來的不舒服感，房間格局很怪，車位很難找。

房間很大、一樓有免費飲料點心自助吧

Cons:

外面環境很糟、千萬不要一個人或帶小孩來！整棟裡裡外外都放置了廁所芳香劑，掩蓋很厚重的霉味及悶臭味，感覺需要通風～悶臭加上太香真的很不舒服。
