Centrale locatie, weinig comfort.
Pros:

Locatie; centraler kan het niet.

Cons:

Muf hotel, schimmel in badkamer. Er is geen airco maar fan. Helaas viel stroom steeds uit. Dus de fan, laden telefoon en licht vielen uit. Dan sprong alles weer aan en maakten alle telefoons geluid. Dit ging constant door..aan en uit. Op zich weinig last van geluid in de stad, maar je hoort wel wasmachine en airco’s van de buren. Gehorig.

Great hotel in the middle of Antwerp
Pros:

There was a mix up in the system for our room and the staff fixed it very quickly. The location is great, in the middle of the old city center with a great view on the cathedral.

Cons:

The windows/vents didn't seem to close 100% so there was a lot of noise from outside. Earplugs were provided (but I don't like sleeping with those).

Pros:

Ik heb in maart een dagje in dit hotel geboekt! Ik had het verzoek om wat in eerder in de kamer te mogen, dat lan helaas niet. Geen probleem de originele tijd was 1500 uur dat je naar je kamer kon. Om 1700 uur konden wij nog steeds onze kamer niet naar binnnen. Uit eindelijk ik heb een klacht ingediend, ik zou mijn geld terug lrijgen 133 euro voor 1 nacht. Na weken lang gesproken hebben ze besloten om mij te negeren en niks meer te laten horen. Ik heb ze gebeld en ze hadden mij verteld dat ze het meteeen opzouden pakken. En nu weken veder nog steeds niks.

Excellent, très bien, comme à la maison, Que je recommande.
Pros:

La proximité du centre ville dans un hébergement qui a gardé son style et son cachet.
Un endroit, resté "simple", c'est authentique et réellement agréable, ce qui est vraiment parfait.
Le contact, avec le personnel sympathique et le professionnalisme de celui-ci.
Téléphone et message afin de s'assurer que notre arrivée se passe bien, et aide si besoin.
Le déjeuner est dans le thème, un buffet de très bons produits, suffisamment garni pour se restaurer et démarrer la journée.

Cons:

Pas grand chose en fait;
Néanmoins pour certaines personnes, les escaliers assez raides et étroits seraient peut-être un "obstacle".
Peut-être, y a-t-il un ascenseur, nous n'avons pas eu l'idée de demander.

Cons:

Very disappointing stay. The room was freezing cold with no proper heating, the beds uncomfortable, and street noise came through the single-glazed windows. The stairs are narrow and very steep. Overall, not a restful stay.

Heel gehorig, geen personeel om in te checken waardoor je geen contact met mensen hebt. Sleutel zat in de kamer toen we aan kwamen en je krijgt een code toegestuurd

Great central location. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Have to carry luggage up stairs as there is no elevator. The water kettle was a old-school type where the heating element is exposed to water. The inside of the kettle was very dirty and nasty, so couldn't drink coffee.
