Enjoyed our stay. Would stay at YAYS again.
Pros:

Overall good facilities. Attractive room. Very clean. Excellent location.

Liked the "Essentials". room idea. Additional cleaning materials required if staying for more than a few days (such as CIF to clean the hand basin. We stayed for 7 nights).

Decent sized fridge and roomy cupboards. Thank you for the sealed bottle of Olive oil and the sachets of salt and pepper.

Liked the bathroom. Planty of towels provided. Good hairdryer.

Nice table and chairs for dining. But would have liked a sofa for watching TV.

Comfortable bed and lots of hangers. Plenty of room for clothing and belongings

Laundry facilities good.

Water barely warm rather than hot. (in the bathroom AND the kitchen)

TV sited in a strange position. Light switches are sited behind the swivelling TV - if you bump into the TV when it is dark the lights come on.

Bed is strangely hemmed in by furniture - the person on the left struggles to get out of bed.... This can cause some conflict.

Unsafe step into the bathroom. Tripped over this in the dark. Luckily I did not crash into the sink...

The blackout curtains do not fully cover the window because of the beam. So we were woken at around 5 in the morning by a very bright light.

We did not meet any staff until 11am on the day of departure when he (Mo) showed up at our door to ensure we were checking out. But his presence was appreciated because of the very annoying need to provide a password on checking out. It would be a good idea to inform guests - in advance - that their password will be required for checking out.

It took some time to figure out the various machines in the laundry room. Perhaps post a few instructions in the room?

Would have liked a toaster - usually a standard item in aparthotels.

Would have liked power points on BOTH sides of the bed.

Tesis Kesinlikle bir otel standardına sahip değil. Mütevazi bir hostel olabilir.
Pros:

öncelikle tesisin otel olarak pazarlanması tamamen yanlış. Tesisi bir otel değil hostel. Bu yüzden tesisin konaklama ücreti hostel seviyesinde olmalı gerekirken maalesef hostellerin iki katı. Otel şehir merkezine yakın ancak şehir merkezinde değil.

Cons:

25 yıllık gezginim hayatımda ilk defa bir tesisten mutsuz oldum. Bence öğrenci hosteli şeklinde hizmet verdiklerini açıkça belirtilseler, insanların beklentileri de ona göre olur. Kahvaltı da çok kötüydü maalesef. Ayrı yatak odası dedikleri yer de tavan arasında kapısız bir çekme kattan ibaretti

Deludente.
Cons:

Pulizia camera pagata e organizzata giornalmente con largo anticipo è stata 2 giorni su 5 non effettuata e gli altri fatta sempre nel tardo pomeriggio dopo le 4, nonostante le richieste di effettuarla prima a causa del nostro rientro in stanza per far dormire il bambino.

Pros:

Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht wie Kaffeemaschine. Es werden Handtücher bereitgestellt und es gab ein Bügeleisen mit Bügelbrett. Den Eingang mit Code. Alles sehr sauber und sehr schöne Gegend.

Cons:

Gab nichts auszusetzen.

Good location, comfortable and spacious for a family
Pros:

This property is very nice, 10 mins away from central station via bus which is just a minute walk and most tourist locations via bus/tram. The place is clean and spacious. Has free baggage storage lockers which came very handy on our day of check out as our train was later in the evening. The room I booked was very comfortable and spacious for a family of 3-4.

Cons:

During our stay there was a heateave in amsterdam and we expected airconditioning in that price but it wasnt there. Luckily, we managed due to ground floor room n it wasn't sun facing otherwise would have been very uncomfortable. Limited options of restaurants but manageable
