excellent and excellent value.
Pros:

Check in was easy, lots of amenities to choose from with the app and clean room with everything we needed for a family of 5.

Cons:

The space was small but for the location and price wasn't expecting it to be spacious.

2 gün boyunca tuvalet kağıdı ve ayak havlusu için hem yazdım, hem essentials closete en az 3 kez çıktım, ama yok yok yok... Asla iletişim kuramadık, kahvaltıyı teyit etmek istedim, aynı şekilde, sorunu söylüyorsun, ai çözemeyince seni gerçek asistana bağlıyorum diyor, bekle ki bağlanasın. asansör çok yavaş.

Having no reception in the building makes it difficult to resolve problems.
Pros:

Room on floor 2 was OK, but two massive roof support beams intruded just at the end of the bed which you had to be careful not to walk into at night to use the bathroom

Cons:

Filter over hob fell down during the first night but I was unable to fix it. The toilet developed a very slow refill of the cistern so we had to restrict its use. Extractor fan in shower/toilet area did not work. Reported these problems via WhatApp as required. (No staff work in the building) CHAT box reply said a Human would reply in 5-10 mins at 7.13. No response received. I followed up the next day and Chat Box asked if my issue was resolved.? Replied No. Only on the last night did I get a reply. During the WhatsApp conversation they offered a refund of 15% which I have accepted, but not yet received.
