Lovely accommodations and good value for money.
Pros:

The room was large and clean, with a breathtaking view of the river just off the balcony. The sound of the river was quite soothing at night. The location was also very convenient, central and close to the bus station to Machu Picchu. Would definitely recommend.

Cons:

There was a shortage of staff. No one was available to collect our bags when we arrived. There seemed to be only one cleaner for all the rooms.

A magic place
Pros:

Stayed in a lot of hotel very nice but here was just a wonderful expérience from you entrance this hotel, going to you room welcome petit four water a little note welcome.
Room very big, clean, bed soft and Confi bathroom with a vieux and jacuzzi.
Breakfast a lady cook was charming and everything she make was fresh.
GOING TO MACHU PICHOU THIS ARE THE PLACE TO STAYED.

Amazing hotel by Machu Pichu
Pros:

It was an amazing hotel and the staff was very nice. Jenifer and Joseph were both very helpful! The breakfast was also very good and impressive they took my order the night before! Highly recommend!

Hotel cómodo , limpio, buena ubicación. Destacar las vistas al río y las montañas : impresionante. Destacar también la amabilidad del personal: de Jennifer y joshep en recepción y también la amabilidad y disposición de un señor que estaba en el desayuno ( no sé su nombre). Si vuelvo, repetiré seguro .

Cozy stay near Machu Picchu
Pros:

Hatun Inti was an incredible stay with a stunning view of the river and mountains right from the room. The spa tub and fireplace made it extra cozy and relaxing. The service was excellent—Joseph was especially helpful and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend for a peaceful and memorable stay.

Pros:

The hotel let us sit in their lobby while waiting for our train. They also stored our luggage. Room had a wonderful view and was spacious.

Cons:

When we checked in, there were 5 minutes for the official check-in time. The room was ready, but the staff asked us to wait 5 mins - it seemed petty, since the room was ready. There was also no milk/creamer in the room for coffee or tea.

Quarto aconchegante, mas banheiro precisando de melhorias.
Pros:

Cama super confortável, travesseiros muito macios. Quarto aconchegante com varanda e vista pro Rio Urubamba. Suíte com hidromassagem.

Cons:

Acho que podem adicionar mais ferragens no banheiro para pendurar toalhas de banho e de rosto. Só tinha 1 pino para toalha de banho. E nenhum pino para toalha de rosto. Um quarto de casal chique desse e banheiro bem bonito como esse, mas não pensaram nessa infraestrutura simples e básica. Duas simples barras para pendurar a toalha.
Outro problema que tivemos foi na hora de encher a banheira de hidromassagem, pois teve água vazando no chão e não tinha ralo para o escoamento. Isso causou um problema. Acionamos a recepção e trouxeram 1 pano somente, que não deu vazão. E mesmo no verão a temperatura é fria e eu tive que ficar limpando chão gelado, torcendo pano de chão mil vezes até não ter mais água no chão. E isso porque nem havíamos entrado na banheira ainda. Então a experiência não foi das mais agradáveis.

Location…right on the river w/ Mountain View…Very close to bars/restaurants. Joseph at the front desk was very helpful and let us stay a bit after the 10;00 check out time. Also agreed after the train and walked directly to our hotel very clear signage and just maybe a 3 to 5 minute walk..

This hotel was absolutely magical and romantic place to stay for our 10 year Wedding Anniversary. The highlight of our stay was the spa tub overlooking the Urubamba River—an unforgettable experience. Relaxing in the warm tub while listening to the river flow and taking in the breathtaking views was pure bliss.

The room was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, creating the perfect atmosphere for a romantic getaway. The peaceful setting made it easy to unwind and disconnect from the outside world.
