Definitely not a 4 start hotel that they/booking.com claims it to be. Maybe a 2 or best 3 star hotel
Pros:

Location wise it's accessible by 2 different train lines. Price is 'you pay for what you get'.

Cons:

Mouldy toilets and dusty rooms, my air-cond vent was blowing so much dirt on the bed and I was initially confused by what's on the bed. No hotel breakfast as the restaurant on the 2nd floor is not part of the hotel.

Very central and quiet place with big rooms!
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and the room super spacious.
But what we loved the most was Kevin! He made us feel incredibly welcome the second we entered the hotel. He was very supportive and even helped us with booking a temple stay by calling them for us.
Kevin himself would be a reason for us to book again!
