Pros:

It's in the perfect location which made it easy to navigate around Amsterdam.

Cons:

The booking.com listing stated that 1. Breakfast was included (it was NOT!) and 2. They had bikes on site to borrow (and they did NOT!) These were both frustrating as these are the reasons I booked the hotel!
AND both showers in both rooms leaked water and got several of our items wet outside of the bathroom.

Disappointing staying, tiny, overpriced, too many stairs difficult with luggage’s

I had to carry my 2 suitcases up to the 4th floor and I had a back problem. The stairs were sharp. Nobody was there to help me besides the receptionist which I didn’t ask for help because she was the only person at the reception. Once I opened the door the room was so tiny the door hit the bed. (Also the bed size was too small) I couldn’t move around in the room at all and the bathroom was right next to the bed. I paid around €247 for the night and I’m glad it was only for one night because i couldn’t stay any longer in that tiny room.
Once you enter the building you had to take a tiny and sharp staircase to reach the reception with no chair to sit. Also, they charged me €5 per suitcase to keep them in storage after my checkout and they said if I write a review at that moment it will be free.

. El personal amable y la ubicacion genial

Cons:

No tiene elevador lo cual para subir el equipaje es muy molesto. Las esclaras son muy largas y con pendientes. Quizas la instalacion de un montacargas seria recomendable. Los cuartos son muy chiquitos.

There is no lift
I was given 5th floor and I had to climb up to sharp stairs all the way with my luggage after such a trip.
The room was top floor and low sealing. Was not comfortable for a person 190cm high

De hoge steile trappen om bij de kamer te komen en geen hulp om even te dragen. Het balkon wat beloofd was is niet groter dan een postzegel. En we moesten dubbele borg betalen 🤷‍♀️
