Muy bueno pero con malas vistas y mucho esfuerzo para llegar.
Pros:

la ubicación es en la calle principal de Aguas Calientes y por lo tanto resulta un poco ruidosa. Había construcciones que producían ruidos molestos. Las vistas de las habitaciones dan a edificios.

Cons:

Las vistas y falto variedad en el desayuno. Queda de subida y tal vez no sea apto para personas mayores.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

The front desk personnel were soooo nice and helpful. They went out of their way to help us. I got a massage from Angie at their spa, it was amazing. Highly recommend!

Tons of noise
Pros:

The location is close to the bus station.
Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is good.

Cons:

Too noisy from running river and train passing . No enough electricity outlet in room. Smells bad of old aged buildings.
We were told it was over booked when we arrived in the evening, and have to walk to another hotel without any compensation.

Too noisy on both sides of the building. One is from running river, another is from train close to the hotel.

Fantastic front desk and flexible check out!
Pros:

The best part was the front desk guy who was so flexible abt giving us a late check out so we could go up to Machu Picchu midday. He also gave us a late breakfast time which we didn’t end up needing and he most importantly knew a lil spa closeby where all 4 of us got the longest hour massages that felt amazing for $30US. We truly were grateful for the excellent service. The only issue was it was noisy facing the street on 6th floor so I would ask for an inside room on lower floor. Our boys slept right through that tho 👍🏽

We enjoyed staying at the Hatun Inti and would highly recommend it to others.
Pros:

Location, friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Lovely decore and very comfortable.
