We stayed at Ruei Gung Business Hotel Kaohsiung from 9 to 12 August and overall had a pleasant stay. The room matched our expectations and had all the amenities we needed.


The room had a kettle with coffee, which was convenient. Housekeeping was only provided upon request, but whenever we asked for something, such as extra towels, the staff were very responsive and had no hesitation in helping us.

The reception staff were always reactive and helpful, although they tended to keep a certain distance. We personally enjoy a little more friendly interaction, so this was slightly disappointing. Communication in

Overall, the hotel provided everything we needed, and despite a few small inconveniences, we had a comfortable stay.

Cons:

The main downside was that the room was a little tight for three people, especially when we had our suitcases open. We sometimes had to walk around or over the suitcases to move around the room. The lift was also quite small, so it was difficult for all three of us to use it at the same time with our luggage.

English was also not always very smooth. Fortunately, one member of our group could speak Chinese, which made things much easier.
