Lokalita, příjemný personál.
Snídaně, malý výběr.
La colazione internazionale è molto completa rifocillata di continuo. Ottime le marmellate, i cornetti, i formaggi, sempre freschi. La stanza è molto grande il riscaldamento a 27° come da manuale (fuori c'erano 6/8°) ma dentro si stava benissimo. WiFi senza alcun problema. La cosa spettacolare è la posizione: è praticamente a 15 metri da ponte Carlo, per il 70° delle visite non servono mezzi, si raggiunge tutto a piedi, è praticamente situato in mezzo tra la città vecchia e quella nuova. Ultima nota positiva, il prezzo molto concorrenziale.
Il bagno non è molto grande rispetto alla stanza che invece è molto grande, in ogni caso è più che adeguato alle esigenze.

Das Hotel zeichnet sich durch eine perfekte Lage aus, direkt bei der Karlsbrücke und fußläufig in die Stadt. Anbindung an die Straßenbahn (5 Minuten) und U-Bahn (8 MInuten) ist sehr gut. Das Personal an der Rezeption war nett und hilfsbereit.
Das ist definitiv kein 4-Sterne Hotel! Die Rezeption ist zwischen 7-19 Uhr besetzt, also nicht durchgehend. Self-check-in ist möglich, aber bei einem 4-Sterne Hotel ungewöhnlich. Ein Kühlschrank ist im Zimmer zwar vorhanden, ist jedoch leer und ohne eine Minibar. Im Zimmer gibt es keine Möglichkeit, selbst Tee oder Kaffee zu kochen. Das Frühstück ist sehr dürftig mit einer geringen Auswahl. Wenn etwas nicht mehr vorhanden war, wurde es oft nur über Nachfrage nachgefüllt. Das Brotmesser war zwei Tage vom Nutella verschmiert und wurde nur nach einem Hinweis gewaschen. All in all erfüllt das Frühstück keine 4-Sterne Kriterien.
Posizione e vista ottime. Colazione abbondante. Staff gentile che ha permesso un check in anticipato e ci ha permesso di lasciare depositati i bagagli il giorno della partenza. Consigliato!
