Le vrai plus : On a adoré la gentillesse de tous le personnel !
Il y a beaucoup de personnel, tous nous passes toujours le bonjour ou nous demande si nous avons besoin de rien. Ils sont avenants et sociables. Les animateurs sont très drôle aussi.

Un grand merci à Issam Mbarki qui s’occupait souvent de nous au restaurant, il était exemplaire et adorable très serviable et sociable, au petit soin il a égayé notre séjour à chaque repas. Un grand bravo à lui pour son professionnalisme !

L’hôtel est très arrangeant et nous avons pu profiter pleinement de notre séjour sans stress..

La formule tous compris est vraiment intéressante !
Le restaurant propose un grand choix de produits de bonne qualité, les plats principaux changent d’un service à l’autre et sont très bons avec des classiques ou des spécialités tunisiennes (mlokhia, tajine…), bravo au chef et à ses commis.

L’établissement et les chambres sont très propres ainsi que la piscine.

Bravo aussi à l’équipe d’animation qui nous on fais très rire, ils sont très investis et ambiance beaucoup la foule.
Petite pensée à la danse très réussite par les animateurs grâce à leur danseur chorégraphe !

Les lieux sont très beaux la piscine est très propre et chaude !
Peu de monde à la période où nous sommes allés.

Merci pour ça nous reviendront avec notre famille prochainement.

بصراحة اول مرة وآخر مرة جدا الخدمة سيئة النظافة في الغرف والممرات سيئة وقديمة ومراتب السرير غير مريحة بتاخدو فلوس من الشخص ولا تقدمو له الراحة !
الموظفين غير بشوشين تشعر بانهم مكرهين على العمل المناشف للمسبح تدفع تامين عليها عشان يعطيك هي !! هذا فندق ؛ نجوم !! ما يستحق نجمة كلمتهم على النظافة قالو طيب تجيني المشرفة تدق الباب كانّها تدق على مساجين !! داخلة كاراكون !! تجادلني أنها الغرفة نظيفة وأنو أنا لم يعجبني رائحة المنظف ! أو المطهر الذي يتم استخدامه !! لا يا عزيزتي الرائحة السيئة هذه دلاله على عدم نظافة الفوط والمناشف والأدوات وليس رائحة نفس المنظف ! طبعا في الليل الصوت جدا مزعج إلى الساعه 11 ونصف تقريبا صوت الموسيقى عالي جدا ولا يمكنك النوم بصراحة فندق لا يستحق اي نجمة ولا السعر دورات المياه بابه لا يغلق !! و كرسي الحمام مكسور حقيقة ماساة ! وكي أكون منصفة الشيء الوحيد الذي يشفع لهم هو الطعام فهو لذيذ جدا طبعا مهتمين في الأجانب مرة ولا كاننا موجودين ! اطلب منهم قهوة باردة يقول ما يعملو ! وكل الأجانب حولي في المسبح بيشربو قهوة باردة ! اساله ممكن ماء عشان طفلتي !! يخاصمني كاني في مدرسة يقولي اوقفي صف !! هؤلاء قبلك ! اسلوبهم غير لائق أبدا كان يقدر يوضح لي بهدوء وبأدب !

Just the open buffe

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The animation team is very nice trying to provide a great entertainment throughout our stay. Hat down for the food as it was diverse, plentiful and very fresh (with quite a range of Tunisian dishes cooked at the same level as good restaurants)

Staff

The buffet is a real highlight, offering plenty of variety and good quality food at every meal of the day. The pool facilities are another strong point, with great slides and plenty of space to enjoy. The rooms themselves are simple and fairly basic, but they are kept clean. The shower is excellent — easily the best feature of the room — and having a balcony is a nice extra touch.
