Very unique old style boutique hotel. Amazing breakfast. Nice size room / high ceilings. Excellent quality shampoo condition and lotion. Amazing location right in the heart of the old Venetian harbor.
The bed was not the most comfortable - kinda slumped in the middle.
A quiet oasis, centrally located but tucked away on a discreet street. Run by a wonderful team who supported me every step of the way post-surgery. Antonis, the concierge, organised all my trips and appointments and treated me with absolute professionalism and kindness throughout my stay. Vaggielis was also a warm, genuine and caring manager who helped ensure I was comfortable during my stay and informed me about the property’s fascinating history and various architectural styles. I can recommend the spa, as I tried a variety of therapies and massages that supported my healing and well-being. I am very grateful to you all!
Hervorragender Service vor der Anreise: Sehr aufgestelltes, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ich wurde bereits am Morgen kontaktiert, dass mein Zimmer in den nächsten 30 Minuten bezugsbereit sei – eine ausserordentlich zuvorkommende Geste.
Top Lage & Sauberkeit: Das Hotel ist perfekt in der Altstadt gelegen. Die gesamte Anlage ist recht gut gepflegt und durchwegs sauber.
Hochwertiges Bad: Im Badezimmer stehen Pflegeprodukte von Molton Brown bereit, was die hohe Qualität unterstreicht – hier war ich sehr positiv überrascht.
Bequemes Bett: Die Matratze war recht gut und bequem, was eigentlich beste Voraussetzungen für einen guten Schlaf geboten hätte.
Grosse Lärmbelästigung (Zimmer 1): Das Zimmer recht laut. Man hört jeden Schritt und jede Stimme der Gäste im Zimmer darüber sowie das Gehen auf der Holztreppe. Zudem machten die Klimageräte ausserhalb des Zimmers ein permanentes Geräusch, das selbst mit Ohrstöpseln nicht auszublenden war.
Sehr intensiver Waschmittelduft: Bettwäsche und Textilien rochen stark nach Weichspüler/Waschpulver. Der Duft war so penetrant, dass sogar mein Schlafanzug nach der Rückkehr nach Hause noch danach roch.
Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Knappe 200 Euro für eine Nacht rechtfertigen diese Leistung aufgrund der fehlenden Nachtruhe leider nicht.

Super helpful staff, one of whom walked us to our taxi pick up point just outside the pedestrian area.
Beautiful large very comfortable room on the top floor with terrace and separate balcony.
Lots of choice at breakfast (hot or cold), all homemade. First place in Crete where they didn’t mule scrambled eggs!
It was very quiet, almost too quiet in the common areas but if want a lively boutique place away from noise it’s perfect.
There were lots of steps up to our room which was very challenging with two 23kg suitcases, but we did get some help.

No elevator
Wat een parel dit hotel. Verstopt in 1 van de steegjes in Chania loop je dit hotel binnen. Via de receptie loop je door naar een open binnen pleintje met tafels en stoelen. Dat is al een plaatje om te zien. Vanuit daar ga je met een trap naar de kamers. Onze kamer was echt prachtig met een bed waarin je op wolkjes ligt. Het is ook super schoon. Wij hadden een superior kamer geboekt maar kregen een upgrade naar een junior suite. Ook het ontbijt de volgende ochtend was heerlijk. Wij vonden het zo fijn daar dat we langer wilden blijven maar was helaas volgeboekt. Wij gaan zeker terug!

Posizione strategica per visitare l’intera Chania, camera forse un po’ piccolina ma fornita di tutti i comfort e soprattutto pulitissima. Tutti molto gentili.
Non avevamo forse compreso noi al momento della prenotazione che la colazione non fosse a buffet, comunque buonissima ma si ordina alla carta
