Property needs a little refreshing

The property was located close to the beach bakery and grocery store. Was nice quiet place with rooftop garden to catch the sunset.
Head toward beach and walk to downtown Alyki. Streets around apartments are narrow. No sidewalk with lots of cars. Downtown is 20 minute walk.

This property was in a great location and was very quiet. The owner was very nice and always around. The unit was comfortable for our family and the air conditioning worked well. It was a short walk to all of the restaurants and there was a grocery store a 4-5 minute walk from the property.
While the owner was nice, the AC was broken in the room he gave us and couldn’t be repaired. He tried to give us another room but outside that room were evidence of cockroaches…lots of evidence. The place is not in a great location as you have to walk down a road with fast cars and no walking path and the road Fivos is on is full of dumped rubbish and just doesn’t look nice. The property itself is pretty on the outside but very dated. The shower isn’t big enough for a single person and I am not exaggerating. The clean could have been better as well.
Had a great stay! Apartment was clean and walking distance to Aliki area with amazing restaurants. Staff were very friendly! Only issue was our air conditioning wasn’t working super well but it was May so it wasn’t too hot. Highly recommend this property!
Quartier environnant peu touristique, beaucoup de construction aux alentours. Appartement très bien. Moins adapté pour 5 personne (une chambre principale et 3 lits de camps). 2 grandes terrasses accessibles.
Very friendly staff, just the best location and lots of mosquitoes
Seems everything is brand new. I forgot to ask his name but the gentleman that did my checkin was so nice. Also, he called me one day before my check out and gave me a Greek Keychain saying that it was for luck. I was really happy in there.
Property manager was wonderful! Very thoughtful and communicated well. The WiFi was out for 2 days of our 4 days stay but he let us know shortly after. Room was clean, almost full kitchen, decent bathroom. Short walk to town of Aliki with restaurants, a shop, a market and a 2 beautiful beaches.

We stayed at this property for two days. The property was very difficult to find at first but once you get there it is ok. The property was nice, clean and very comfortable. The owner was extremely nice and honest. It is also close to public transportation, beach and restaurants. Our stayed was beautiful and the owner went above and beyond when my daughter left her cell phone. He brought it to us at the airport. Will definitely stay there again.
The Apartment manager was very kind and helpful.
Chocolates provided for each guest as well as good luck charm upon leaving.
Beautiful location 6 minute walk for supermarkets, Aliki bus station, and center. could easily have stayed the entire summer and have been comfortable.
Our only complaint would be that the combination oven and stove top did not boil water. since we did not make this known to the manager we cannot fault him.
