very very unhappy with the stay this time
Pros:

i’ve stayed there many times and it’s always been decent and i liked the location.

Cons:

i booked a room specifically online and everything as i always do. to get there and be told they don’t have the room i booked and paid for hours and hours before checking in. i get out in a totally different room where one could not sleep at all. the smoke alarm chirps every 14 seconds. trust me i know as i counted it all night long

Booking.com is trash the hotel is trash too
Cons:

Mexican lady young one very disrespectful when I pulled up she started off disrespectful she's there every night and booking.com took 85% of my money I booked it 30 minutes later I pulled to the hotel got disrespected by the hotel lady and top it all off I get my money tooken because I wanted my money back because of the disrespect that the attended gave me at least can I get my money back instead of $6

In a very bad side of town. People fighting and yelling in the hallway all night. Clerk spoke broken english and very hard to understand.
