Booking was cancelled as a no-show, and received no assistance or solution from indifferent front desk staff

Cons:

Despite holding a guaranteed, prepaid reservation from January 1 to January 7, 2026, I was denied accommodation upon arrival on the morning of January 2nd. I was informed that my booking had been cancelled as a “no-show,” even though:
• the reservation was guaranteed with a credit card
• I intentionally booked and paid for January 1st
• I did not cancel the reservation
• I received no cancellation notice

The hotel was allegedly fully booked and refused to offer any alternative solution.

What is particularly concerning is the conduct of the front desk staff. The receptionist handling my case was completely indifferent, showed no interest in resolving the situation, and appeared unconcerned that we were left without accommodation. No assistance, alternatives, or empathy were offered.

Being denied accommodation despite a valid reservation — and then being met with such disinterest — is not acceptable and does not reflect the standards associated with the Marriott brand.

Todo bien. Muy Buena atención de la persona en la recepción. Super amables todos!

Cons:

Importante! A pesar de cobrar el servicio de playa, eso NO incluye sombrilla, solo dos sillas. La sombrilla tiene un costo extra de $30 usd por dia.
El estacionamiento tambien es muy caro: $50 usd por noche.
Quisimos usar las bicis y no habia disponiblidad

Cons:

Having to pay a destination fee daily(when I didn’t use any of the amenities I was charged for, having to pay for valet parking(when I parked and I got my own vehicle) and room being hot in the early morning hours.

Horrible Experience
Pros:

I truly recommend NOT to stay in this hotel. They have false advertising about breakfast included. They will charge you 20 dollars a day per person for breakfast. They charge 50 dollars for parking per day and 25 dollars just to stay in the hotel per person. They will ask for a 500 dollars deposit and when you check out they will not return that money to you.

Cons:

Me and my husband stayed in this hotel for our honeymoon and we reserved the room for two people. When we booked the hotel in the app it said that breakfast was included in the price but when we got to the breakfast the staff stopped us like if we were stealing food and that made us feel so unwelcome. Then they told us that they had to check the room and see if we had breakfast but they said that the room only came with one person breakfast not two even though we booked the room for two. So they kicked me out and told us that only one of us could eat here. That was the worse experience during our honeymoon. Do not stay in this hotel, there are better places you can stay.

Great choice
Pros:

I would like to have more tables and chairs at the pool area and more shades.

Cons:

I liked all. The staff were amazing, (from reception, bike reception, cleaning, pool, all perfect) especially Alisa at the reception, she is very professional, warm and excellent communicator, very helpful and perfect person for the position.
