Un séjour très agréable dans un établissement au bon standing
Pros:

- L'emplacement de l'hôtel, très proche de la mer et des transports en commun
- La chambre, bien équipée, avev vue sur mer et son grand balcon
- L'aimabilité du personnel (à la réception comme au bar)
- Le personnel de ménage très efficace
- La communication préalable avec le staff
- La procédure rapide du check in (en plus, ils m'ont laissé rentrer en avance dans ma chambre quand je suis arrivé tôt)
- Les chauffeurs et VTC peuvent se garer facilement devant l'hôtel

Cons:

- La piscine très petite et peu profonde dans laquelle on ne peut pas véritablement nager si vous êtes un adulte

- Des frais supplémentaires (destination fees) appliquées lors du check out dont nous n'avions pas connaissance lors de la réservation ici sur Booking, que l'établissement devrait clairement indiquer sur sa page de réservation par souci de transparence avec le consommateur. En Europe, ce type de pratique n'est pas autorisé.

- Dommage qu'il n'y ait qu'un seul transat disponible sur le balcon lorsque nous sommes deux occupants

Melhor hotel em Miami Beach se você pensa em praia e hotel bem cuidado
Pros:

Hotel super bem localizado, bem do lado a praia. O Alejandro gerente é muito cuidadoso com o atendimento aos hospedes.

Tutto, accoglienza da parte dello staff!!!
Colazione misera,pulizia della camera scadente per essere un 4 stelle.
Sopratutto richiedono 25€ a persone al di fuori del prezzo che blocchi con Booking per una politica loro. Perciò alla fine il soggiorno costa molto in più e non vale la pena sceglierlo. Meglio pagare cifre più alte ma consapevoli, così è un imbroglio!!

Pros:

Not good. American airlines gave me a voucher for this hotel after canceling my flight. After waiting for more than an hour to get the keys I went to bed and woke up with bug bites all over my body. Awful.

Great cost benefit for Miami Beach
Pros:

Location and clean rooms make the hotel is ideal a great place to stay. Plus staff members are super attentive and friendly. Special shout out to Alejandro Remo and Christopher Ferreira at the front desk who make the experience all the more awesome.
