Great Service and Value in Miami Beach
Pros:

I've stayed here multiple times, and every time each staff member makes it amazing! Alejandro at the front desk made sure I had a room ready upon arrival, and Juan at the inside bar, Gin and Collins, makes great drinks and is enthusiastic about making sure guests have an excellent experience. The location is perfect-steps from Edition and Faena and anywhere else is a quick ride away. The front desk is always accommodating for any additional requests, such as extra towels from housekeeping. I highly recommend for anyone looking for great service and value on a Miami Beach vacation!

Beach day! Samuel took the best care of us!

We spent the entirety of our Sunday on the beach - the weather was beautiful and the water was nice and warm.

Samuel took the best care of us. He had great energy, checked in on us from time to time, and was very accommodating!

Great South Beach Stay!
Pros:

The AC Hotel was awesome for visiting South Beach! Its position to the Board Walk and Ocean was terrific and the staff were second to none, the shining store was Alejandro! He was a rock star!

Lovely boutique with awful service and food
Pros:

Not good. American "Worst In America" Airlines stranded us in Miami and gave us a voucher for this place. All the other hotel shuttles went by three times and not a single glimpse of the AC shuttle. I called the front desk...the idiot working there put me on hold and forget for 7 minutes...twice. On the third time, I yelled "don't put me on hold...where is the shuttle?" She babbled something about it being available only by request...and then here comes the shuttle. The driver was surly and unhelpful. The place is trying to be a cute Euro boutique. Interiors are gorgeous. Service...not so much. Other transit hotels have free breakfast...not this place! They want $21 for what looks like a carefully laid out gourmet cookie store. Carbs, carbs, fat, sugar. No eggs to be seen.

This will be my last stay unless forced.
