Destacamos la atención del personal de recepción, Alejandro y Gustavo, y la excelente atención brindada en el servicio de barra y desayuno por Jennifer, Eduardo y Brian. También nos gustó mucho la pileta y los servicios ofrecidos. El desayuno buffet fue muy completo y de excelente calidad. Además, la habitación era súper cómoda, espaciosa y confortable. La ubicación también es excelente, cerca de varios restaurantes y de paradas de autobús para recorrer la ciudad cómodamente.

Cons:

No hubo nada que no me haya gustavo, si le sumaria un adicional es que el hotel tenga una balanza para valigas , ya que es un destino donde se compra mucho y en generalmente las valijas son de peso considerable.

Weekend trip to MB
Pros:

Very nice, clean hotel. Front desk staff has been super friendly and helpful. Drew and Nathan (and another female) spent a lot of time with me recommending restaurants and giving travel tips. Not a lot of activity in the neighborhood, but the pool and beach access is great. And we drove up and down Collins on free MB trolley with stops right outside. Would stay here next time!

W miarę dobre położenie

Cons:

City hotel, bez duszy i pomocnej atmosfery,dolar tu rządzi,to nie Europa, tylko surowa Ameryka.Mam niezbyt dobre wrażenia.
Śniadania skromne, jeśli już nie płatne, obsługa niby miła, ale tak na prawdę obojętna na drugiego człowieka.

Very stressful at the very beginning then a bit normalized during the stay
Pros:

The location of the hotel. Very close to the beach, starbucks and supermarket. The hotel provides complementary beach towels and sun loungers but the umbrella costs 35$.

Cons:

I had booked a room with a balcony but when I checked in I was provided a room with a common terrace where I could have no privacy as other guests could also use it. And besides I had to keep my curtains closed all the time so other people could not see me inside the room. I complained at the reception the same day trying to change my room but the issue was resolved only the next day at 1 pm.
The hotel is a bit outdated and that’s why the prices are lower compared to other hotels in the neighborhood.

Es war rundum toll
Pros:

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, saubere Zimmer, Nähe zum Strand, man ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß da.

Cons:

Ein seltsamer Geruch im Zimmer und Flur. Schirme kostenpflichtig. Obwohl wir zu dritt im Zimmer waren und für 3 Personen bezahlt haben nur 2 Liegen am Strand kostenlos.
